Aesthetic forward cafe with good vibes and a nice bite. I preordered their breakfast special for pickup which was very reasonably priced and one of my favorite deals I have found. It was ready quickly and I liked the inside of the cafe. However with my brief interaction I can tell that some of the more negative comments are probably true about the employees being somewhat dismissive and not customer focused. This being said I didn’t stay long and my experience was good. I will be back to try some other things and hope it goes well.

my favorite joe and the juice location! so airy with the sunlight, music is at a good volume, and there's plenty of seating. go towards the back there's more seating in a solarium type vibe! fav order has to be the spicy tuna with avocado added 😋

Another location we visited for Joe and the Juice from east coast to west coast another great experience. It's cute rectangular shipped shipped that extends into a small covered patio area. There is some chairs and couches and small round tables. Staff are friendly and place can get busy. Location is nice parking might be difficult. Try to find a metered parking and there some availability in the side streets but be careful as you need a permit and there was the parking enforcement on a bicycle giving tickets to the cars. Overall we enjoyed the other west coast location.

Visited for the first time last week. The juice was average but the bread they use for their turkey sandwich is amazing!!! Wish they would share where they purchase it or sell it there. I believe it’s a Danish rye bread. Loved it and customer service was great as well.

Ngl, I was pissed when I got my spicy tuna sandwich cuz I was like where the hell is the rest of the tuna but the amount of tuna they put, turned out to be perfect. The bread was nice and toasted and the jalapeños completed the sandwich. I got their green juice and drank it the next morning and it was just right.

WAY overhyped. I came here to try the tunacado after seeing it all over the internet, don’t waste your time. I waited 30+ minutes for a messy sandwich with barely any ingredients, soggy bread, fishy tuna, brown avocados, and the THINNEST tomato’s imaginable, goes without saying i did not like the taste so i threw my sandwich away. even if i did eat the whole sandwich im sure i wouldn’t have been close to full. $15 for literally the most pathetic sandwich. it’s not like the service was any better either, there were 5-10 people working behind the bar. all chatting and not working. i literally sat on the bench and watched the workers as nobody put any effort into making the sandwich i just paid $15 for. finally, i grew tired of waiting and asked what was taking so long, then i was greeted by a skinny latino boy who claimed to be the manager in charge. he was extremely snobby and acted as if i was bothering them for inquiring about my sandwich that i could see no one was making. i told him i didn’t appreciate the attitude and he told me i don’t have to come back. completely unprofessional, im shocked and i will not be coming back. i recommend you don’t waste your time here, unless you enjoy feeling like a burden for buying lunch.

One of the good options around this area. The coffee, food, the service and customer experience is awesome. The store design is comfortable as well as the location is great, easy to be found. In overall, good food and good service. Keep up the great work!

Ordered two spicy tunas and the turkey sandwich and overall, tasty, light, and spicy (for the tuna). Would return to this restaurant and try other drinks and sandwiches. I'm a fan of the portion size and the flavors. Short wait for a Sunday afternoon at around 2pm. There was a lunch rush but it quickly died down by the end of the hour. Loud ambience but only cause of the bustling going around. Indoor and outdoor seating (small) is available.

So I really like their veggie sandwiches, the tuna sandwiches and the vegan smoothies. And the blueberry matcha latte. But the other day I ordered a blueberry matcha latte and was served a blueberry latte. I've been off coffee for two years. And it's a struggle. A very hard struggle. But for health reasons I had to let it go. I took a sip and was horrified. I feel they weren't apologetic enough about this mistake. They made me the correct drink. But the damage was done. The indifference to my struggle annoyed me. I thought this was going to be a place for me to chill and write and enjoy some goodness, but now I have an attitude with flippant human behavior. If it were solely a coffee house and I went there with my coffee issues searching for tea, then maybe I could give them a break. But this is not a coffee house. I'm still upset. I literally count the days I've been off coffee and they set me back physically and emotionally and were like ...."oh they typed in the order wrong." Shrug. Sometimes people have to experience something to have proper empathy. Maybe one day they'll have to lay off the coffee (or alcohol or nicotine) for health reasons and someone will shrug about sabotaging their efforts. Not even a raggedy apology. Just an oops.

Mmmmmm. I Loooove this Place!! I Always Wish, while eating in my car, that I had ordered 2 Sandwiches! Joe's Bread is Magic!! My Fav is the Spicy Tuna. Mmm. With Cucumbers. I would have given 5 Stars but the Pick Up Line is Super Chaotic!! I don't like that. Gives Anxiety. Also, I ordered a Blueberry Muffin, they were out, but they didn't notify Me!!! So got to my car, Parking is bad... Luckily I got my Coffee out of the bag, which Spilled... There was No Muffin. Went back inside and Guy said, Oh Yah, we're out of Blueberry. I got Banana instead, Was Delicious!! I Love this Place!!

Ordered both a iced and hot matcha latte. Was a bit disappointed in the iced matcha but loved the hot! Service was friendly overall.

I really liked the place, although I was a bit concerned about the amount of food in the sandwich at first. It turned out to be great overall, and I wasn't disappointed. The total bill was $40, which I found to be reasonably priced. I ordered the Joe Club and the Tunacado, along with a hot small latte and a small iced latte with cream. The service was great, and the employee even recommended that I add cream to the iced latte, which turned out to be a good suggestion. The ambiance of the place was amazing, although it was smaller than I initially thought. Overall, it's a great place.

I think it's been a full year since the tunacado went viral and I'm finally now just getting around to trying it. The tunacado comes on a really thin bread and has tuna mousse, avocado, tomato, and vegan pesto as the filling. The bread was worth all the hype. Instead of bread, I'd say it resembles a cracker more because of how thin it is. The mousse wasn't really anything special. I also tried the spicy tuna which is pretty similar to the OG but instead of the avocado, it has jalapeños and tabasco. I ended up liking the tobasco so much that I asked for some extra on the side so I could add it to my tunacado. It's a little pricey for a small sandwich but I would get it again because it was so satisfying. Maybe next time with a coffee or juice so that it's more filling. This location has beautiful seating both indoors and on the patio in the back. There were a lot of workers here that day behind the counter which was kind of surprising. I'd recommend parking on the street although there is a small lot in the back.

tunacado is overrated. Only the bread is good, other products are standard. The packaging is very nice and clever. If you prefer liquid breakfast in the morning, herb tonic has very good content and taste. The place is nice but the employees are unhappy.

I'm a tuna lover and this place has the best Tuna sandwiches I love getting tuna from this place at least once a week through DoorDash, the service is amazing and I love how they pack.

Sooo I've seen this place all over social media, especially Tik Tok. A lot of people rave about their tuna sandwich which I ordered along with a lavender matcha latte. My friends got the vanilla matcha iced lattes and enjoyed those; they rated the drinks a 8/10. For me, I thought my latte was way too milky and barely tasted the matcha or lavender. The tuna sandwich was a solid 6.8/10 for me as it was definitely overhyped. It wasn't bad but it wasn't anything mind blowing either. I liked the ambiance of the cafe and it was a cute spot but was a bit let down with how much hype surrounds it

Mid tunacado. Very underwhelming. It's just tuna layered between two crunchy crackers. It was a nice thing to try once...but it's a one and done.

Apparently their carrot cake is pretty popular. I stopped in to try one after someone raved about it being the best carrot cake. It's super tiny but very tasty, especially if you don't like raisins and all the extra fluff that goes into most carrot cakes. The smoothie I tried was a different story though. I got the Blue Majik aka blue spirulina smoothie and ended up throwing most of it away because it was served warm and the protein they use is a little too chalky. I'm curious what they do about the smoothies being warm during hot summer months. The shop was cool, I liked the decor and the vibes. The employees were mellow, perhaps better suited for a cannabis store (insert smile emoji), but they were also nice. I could easily give 4 or 5 stars but the warm smoothie was problematic for me. Parking in the back. Validation required.

Staff is nice. Parking can get tricky on this busy street. A little over priced for what you're getting. The Tina is tasty with the crispy crunchy bread. Hip fast casual vibes that get loud as this place can get very busy. 3.5 stars rounded down as I am unlikely to return

Was craving juice/smoothie and decided to check this place out. I was lucky enough to find street parking across the street, otherwise, good luck walking here! Interior is very cozy and modern. And the juice I had..Iron Man..it was the best. Normally all of the strawberry banana type juices taste the same, but this one is different. There was kiwi and apples. It's definitely on the pricier side, but totally worth the money here and I'd go again. The minus side..cashier needs to brighten up! She had the same unhappy expression with 4 customers, seemed to want to hurry up, despite being very slow at that time. Service not so great.

The place definitely looks really nice decor and set up is really good .. LA vibes cool place to hang out take a bite and lots of choices refreshments and hot drinks. Joes Green mile aaah not for me too sour I'm not sure if they put more lemon or something I cannot taste the avocado or broccoli or the other stuff like apple like it has in the menu. Waited 20 minutes for 2 drinks , I'm not sure if they forgot is the people behind us got their order first and they have 4 smoothies .

I came here twice. My first time I came around 8pm and the parking was free. There's a lot behind and in the daytime it's 30mins without validation, but none at night. I got the spicy tunacado for $12.59 and thought it was very delicious but wish there was more toppings. The second time I visited in the daytime I got the spicy tunacado again and added extra avocado and extra tuna which was a total of $16.32. I think their sandwhich are most known for their bread. It's toasted, so super crispy and it's thin as well. It doesn't take long to prepare either. However I was upset the second time I came because the worker forgot about my order so I ended up waiting a long time for it and didn't get an apology. Taking one star off for customer service. Other than that the interior is cute and has nice ambiance.

Great place for a quick bite! I always get the matcha and tuna. The staff isn't friendly at this location but it's a nice thing to get in a rush.

The service was fast but they got my friends order when she has a nut allergy and put almond on her açaí bowl. The açaí bowl was also too thick and should be smooth. The açaí was still frozen. I would give the açaí bowl a 3/5. I got the blue magic but it taste too water down and need more sweetness to it. I would give a 2/10. I do like the vibes in the cafe as it gives chic vibes and plenty of seating. Maybe I recommend getting something else.

Carrot apple ginger juice is good but definitely not worth the $10+ bucks or whatever it was. Spicy tunacado bread was prob the best part of the sandwich. The banana in the pesto was really throwing me off (banana, pickled jalapeños, Tabasco, and whipped tuna in a sandwich??). Vibe was very classic, snooty LA. Staff kinda looked like it was an inconvenience to service you (asked the girl if she could validate my parking and just grabbed it and didn't say anything to me). Overrated LA experience tbh and definitely not worth the $$$

Have been visiting several JTJ , inclusive Denmark. This place is in line designed and set up to other places. Selection of drinks and food seem also respectibg what other places have. I ordered : avocado sandwich, power shake and a ginger shot. Taste and quality were good. Avocado sandwich is smaller / thinner than I remember. The place was medium busy. Empty seats but also a number of tables not tidy from other customers. The price level for drinks and food is simply too high. Aware all is fresh and chain size, may impact purchasing power. Still , I am not sure current price levels matches what we get. A big let down was impossible high volume music in the restaurant. It was impossible to have a conversation with your food. Turn down the volume a noth please!!.

I'm never really pulled to write really bad reviews, so I do this to save your time. I ordered from Joe & The Juice for the first time today. I placed my order on the website for the turkey sandwich. I wrote in as a special note 'No Tomatoes, dietary restriction.' When I came in to pickup, the first guy I interacted with was really nice and give me my sandwich. I didn't realize until a few minutes later all it had was tomato and turkey. Went back and the lady who I mentioned this to seemed not to care and told me that I didn't write anything when I physically cannot have tomatoes and I remember I did write it in. No compassion or good customer service from her end. They gave me another sandwich and it wasn't any better. I actually laughed out loud when I opened it up. The turkey sandwich comes with turkey, mozzarella, avocado, and pesto. This sandwich they included everything except avocado and it was the thinnest sandwich I've ever seen. Will not be coming back here again and wish I would've saved my $12.

Joe & the juice .. can't believe it's taken me 6 months to come here lol. Of course I had to add this place to my list because of the tunacado that went viral on tik tok. The shop is very hipster and trendy, they are currently doing construction out front so but you can go through the back way as well. It's pretty dark in there, but there's a lot of places to sit. It gave hipster and trendy vibes. The customer service here is okay they are a little friendly. We got 3 sandwiches and our total was a little over $24 which is crazy lol. The sandwiches were good but nothing too special. I don't think I would come back and spend that much again on sandwiches. Overall thoughts... Pretty pricey, sandwhiches were okay

I hate to write this review. The avocado sandwich is yummy but I pay for extra avacado and its literally a half a slice. Dont expect to be full even if you pay for me its like a diet amount, its crazy.

Joe & the Juice was the perfect place for me to get my morning smoothies and açaí bowls. I preferred this place to some of the other eateries around because of its quicker service and laid back vibe. I got some work done while I ate, and returned a few times during my stay near Melrose!

Finally got around to trying the viral tunacado/spicy tuna sandwich. I actually ordered the spicy tuna though, but I forgot to ask for extra tuna :( It surprisingly met my expectations. The bread was sooo good and crunchy. The spicy tuna was well seasoned and the jalapeños are a nice touch too. I tried the iced vanilla matcha latte as well, but you can honestly skip on that. It's nothing special and $6.50 is expensive for an 8oz cup LOL. If I were to come back, it would only be for the tuna sandwiches! Keep in mind, it's very light so it's more like a quick snack. Service gets a 2 star. It was not pleasant haha. The bathroom isn't very clean either.

This location sucks. It's hit or miss when ordering a Sandwhich. They seem to always forget half of the ingredients in the Sandwhich. It's frustrating because there isn't many ingredients in the sandwich to begin with. I always pay for extra Serrano ham, pesto and i add jalapeños. This time i got literally one slice of Serrano ham. I didn't receive extra ham, pesto or jalapeños that i paid for. On top of that they didn't even put mozzarella. I'm so bummed either on how often this happens with them. Please retrain your staff. I suggest eating there so you can at least have them make you a proper sandwich if this happens. When it's done right it really is a good sandwich.

I love Joe & the Juice so it pains me to say this but this was the worst one I've been to. I got here around 2 pm on a Sunday and ordered 2 juices and 3 sandwiches. The juices came out fast but we waited about 25 mins for our sandwiches before my friend went to ask. This male employee with green hair answered my friend quite rudely, gave her attitude, and told her they were backed up. We waited another 10 mins and we went to check again and our sandwiches were still not ready. Another employee told us we would have to wait another 10-15 mins if we wanted our sandwiches which meant we would have waited a total of 45-50 MINS FOR 3 SANDWICHES IS RIDICULOUS ...! So we got a refund and left. Next time if you're backed up at least let the customers know and don't give customers attitude for no reason (this is for the male employee with the green hair, the other employees were at least much nicer).

So this is the third Joe & The Juice I have visited so far and definitely the best one! The energy the atmosphere and of course the food! I got a green gains with extra protein powder and it was amazing and I got three sandwiches after I ate the first one in the store so I could take it home to my family...lucky them! The tuna was great. I love the club, and my girlfriend is sure going to love the vegan avocado A+ in my book.

Overhyped. Small amt of tuna. Bread is always dry. Their lattes are not worth it. You can't contact anybody at the store. If you try to call they will ask you to go on their app instead and message them there which will take about at least 24hrs to get a reply. It's a joke.

I would come here just for the spicy tuna sandwich! I'm in love with the bread! The crunch is so perfect! Everything inside the sandwich makes sense!

The ambiance was nice but the Service was meh. The food was also not the best. It looked really good so I was disappointed by the taste.

Service absolutely terrible, when I order a drink I expect a straw with my order, when I ask the ingredients to the manager they seem annoyed, and they are super unsure. Attitude all around terrible food aswell. Do not recommend to anyone.

The barista was rude to my girlfriend and snapped at her when she asked to pick up a mobile order. After not handing her the mobile order that was sitting in plain sight she asked another barista who was also short with her, and we think he even shook up our bag because the coffees were all spilled. Also they put too much vanilla in the coffees and we didn't drink them. Sandwiches decent tho.

Very trendy juice bar near "Urth Cafe" and on the best part of Melrose. Great place for a quick snack while you're shopping.

I loved everything about this location. The inside just gives cool coffee/smoothie shop vibes. They were pretty busy, but the orders were coming out pretty fast, so I had patience. I ordered a prince of green juice and the delicious spicy tuna sandwich! Kinda pricey, but I enjoyed moment of it!

Came to try the viral tuna sandwich, and my thoughts are as followed: Sandwich: Spicy tuna (ordered with extra tuna) was held very well in the bread. The bread does make the sandwich. The ingredients include the whipped tuna, Tabasco, jalapeños, tomato, and vegan pesto on their sensational Joe's bread. The service was mediocre at best. I'd assume the staff have been extremely overwhelmed, but they are short, and don't provide the best means of service. Rating: food - 8/10 * service - 6/10 * overall - 7/10

Staff got my order wrong. I don't blame them though because the place is wildly overrated and therefore wildly crowded. They have a nice aesthetic but that is all.

I wanted to try this place for the longest time because their sandwiches look so good. Ordered tuna avocado sandwich with extra tuna. So tell me why I got two pieces of toast with the essence of tuna fragrance wafted onto the bread? You have no business charging people for extra and still being stingy.

It's honestly just ok, I really wanted to like it, but the service is bland, the food is bleh and the drinks seem a bit watered down. 2 sandwiches, a smoothie and a bottled water was $42 which is insane. I'll give it another shot but not anytime soon

Joes is always a hit for me. It always saves the day and gets the fruits and veggies I need to consume in my body. It's really easy to get to, sits on the corner so you can't miss it. I love the esthetics of the place. It's cute quirky pictures painted along the walls. I've tried hush about every juice they have and I honestly love them all. But of course juices aren't the only thing they offer. So if you're in the mood for a sandwich, açaí bowel, juice, smoothie, vegan shake, shot, or coffee....you should definitely stop by Joe & the Juice. You won't regret it.

Joe and the juice West Hollywood is the best ever the barista's are fabulous, I'll give you suggestions for your sandwiches drinks and anything else you need. It's a great place to hang out with your friends for a quick pick me up and to bring friends in from out of town, I can't praise the barista's enough. They are the best ever. It is so much fun to come here for a quick tea Matcha whatever you need or just to recharge yourself and your computer and phone. The juice and smoothie are awesome as well. my favorite is the Matcha, it's well-made smooth and delicious and they offer it at several temperatures which is super nice and they have goodies too! I brought friends from out of town and they just love it. Bravo barista's.

I was a little hesitant about making the drive to come here since it's not that close to my house and I was tired but I was craving bad so I went, I had set up my card on the app since I didn't have it on me so that I would be able to pay, John really nice guy took my order , the app wasn't working to let me pay but he gave me and my partners meal for free. To anyone it might be a small gesture but to us it meant a lot it made our entire night. Food was so good as always and service was 10/10. Thank u john !!!!

Food was great, customer service was terrible. No greetings, responses to "thank you" or even acknowledgement. They're too busy talking to their coworkers. Glad they're actually making our order while they're ignoring customers though. All locations are like this too from what I've heard. Great place to go if you weren't already having a shit day, it'll get ya there.

Found this place walking around and decided to try! I RESLLY ENJOYED IT! Got the Spicy Tuna sandwich. Super tasty and I love the thin bread it's served on. My drink was also fire too I got the Stress Down (apple, strawberries and ginger). Pro tip: next time I'll have them add ice after as well to keep the drink cold.

My friend and I both ordered a tunacado sandwich separately. She got hers within 10 minutes, but I was still waiting for mine even though there was no other costumers. The workers were just standing talking to one another. I had to remind them of my order twice because they said they must have forgotten about it. They found the order receipt just sitting on the table. We waited 40 minutes for my sandwich and by the time we got it, her sandwich was cold. They didn't even give any compensation or apology.

Loved this place but found a curly black hair that in my spicy tuna sandwich. What a turn off.

I honestly thought we were getting punked lol what we ordered vs what we got. A slice and a half of deli meat so thin you could see through it, maybe a corner of cheese hidden somewhere, about a 2/3 of a slice of tomato, a dribble of pesto on part of the sandwich, and zero avocado or salt and pepper. $13.
