The Highpoint Center for Printmaking is nationally known for its printmaking and educational opportunities. They also have gallery space where artists both local and nationally known have displayed their work. Memberships are available for those who wish to have access to all forms of printing tools and equipment. Classes are available for students of all ages and skill levels. The public is welcome to view the exhibits during regular business hours.

HighPoint is the greatest print shop I have ever been a part of. I feel fortunate being a part of such a diverse and talented group of artists and printers. The facilities are well maintained and clean- and a printmaker can focus on a wide array of techniques- such as intaglio, relief, lithography, photogravure, silkscreen and monotype. The classes - both multiple week long and the drop ins -are informative, explorative and so much fun. The exhibitions are a must see for anyone in the Minneapolis area with original prints at great prices.

Neat space for exhibitions. Ask for a tour of the print studio if you're so inclined. Staff is friendly but not pushy. Some prints are available for sale. Watch their calendar for opening exhibitions and receptions. Classes are also offered here. A great stop if you have a little time and want to enjoy local art.
