I had the Fraser Valley Bacon Benny and it was amazing! The vegetable croquette is tasty. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Thick cut bacon not too salty. Perfectly poached eggs - i had it medium. Creamy hollandaise sauce. The lady server is friendly and always helpful. Always checks if I have enough coffee and refills it. Bright and spacious area. Clean. Washroom is also clean, fragrant, comfy.

Used to love this place but they took most of the vegan options off the menu so my friend’s choices are limited. Their hot sauce is amazing though and they sell it by the bottle. Heads up, the pancakes are listed on the menu as vegan but the toppings aren’t so you have to take off all the good stuff to make them vegan.

What an incredible spot!! If you're looking for amazing food, this is the spot for you! We stopped by for brunch and we can't wait to go back for more. Dining room was quite beautiful with a nice fireplace. We tried the Vegan Buttermilk Pancakes and the Truffle Mushroom Benny. I am not sure what was better, the way the dishes appeared or how tasty they were... they were delicious. Filled with incredible flavor and left you yearning for your next bite. We also tried their Detox Juice and their 5 Mushroom Hot Chocolate - so good! Highly recommend Heirloom for a delicious meal - you won't be disappointed!

Great brunch spot around the neighborhood, although it is quite pricey for some dishes. The grilled cheese sandwich was around $19 without taxes. The sandwich itself was good but the tomato soup was not my favorite, I’m not sure what else there is inside but it didn’t taste like tomato it tasted like squash maybe? We also tried the truffle mushroom benny, it was very tasty 8/10 and it was $22. The vegan buttermilk pancakes is a must try! I never had pancakes with pineapples before and the combination was amazing! We asked for a single serving to share and it decreased the price by half. They have a cute small area to sit outside, which is also pet friendly.

Vegetarian versions of a brunch classic. Both were absolutely delicious! Fresh, creamy avocado and flavorful sautéed mushroom, served on top of crunchy vegetable potato croquettes - in my opinion, a superior base than the standard english muffins!

visited here for the first time the other day and it did not disappoint. I shared the mezze platter with my friend and it was more than enough for the both of us, and was super yummy. we also had the apple custard and cheesecake, which were also fantastic. our server was great too. just overall, a very pleasant experience

Completely WOWed!!! Meat lover won over. Mushroom and roots stew is a revelation, imaginative and mouthwatering delicious. Artichoke tacos scrumptious. Loved the gingery cocktail too. Fabulous find, one of the best of meals I’ve ever had.

Great space and beautifully decorated. Totally like the vibe. Service was good- I think on a Saturday brunch you can simply ask if we want to start with drinks (aka coffee) vs leaving menus and wait another 5 min. It’s not a big deal but nice to get your coffee started 😉 Food was good, as a vegetarian who is not specifically seeking for meat alternatives and over saturated flavors to decoy the non meat point- I found there is a bit too much oil (I guess it is appealing for some) and chaos on the plate. But overall 4 out of 5.
