Absolutely Amazing Signature Facial! I used my Christmas gift card for a signature facial at Hammam Spa, and wow, what an amazing experience! The whole place has such a calm, peaceful vibe, which makes it feel like a little escape. The esthetician took the time to analyze my skin and customized everything just for me, and one of the highlights was the extractions. The products smelled so nice, and the facial massage was so relaxing—I nearly fell asleep! I can definitely see the difference, and I left feeling so refreshed. Highly recommend this facial!

This was such a fantastic treat! The ambiance was beautiful, and the space exceeded my expectations—it offered so much more than I imagined. I had looked at a few other spas, but something about this place drew me in, even without reading any reviews. It turned out to be more than just a simple massage; it was exactly what I needed as a birthday gift and some much-needed mommy time. From the body treatment to the steam room and the tea room, everything was absolutely delightful. It was an experience I truly appreciated.

This was my second visit to Hanmam Spa at Bayview Village, and once again, it was an amazing experience! I have to say, it was the best pedicure I’ve ever had. The technician was so gentle and attentive, and she wrapped my feet in warm wax bags, which felt absolutely incredible. I’ve also had the chance to try the Hammam clay body treatment, facial, and steam room, and every single service has been fantastic. The staff are incredibly polite, everything runs on time, and the entire experience is so relaxing and rejuvenating. It’s truly a wonderful feeling to be here—I can’t wait to come back!

I had their signature custom facial done. in the duration of the service she took into consideration how reactive and sensitive my skin could be and was as mindful of this as she gave me a thorough cleansing/extractions. Her personality was very calming and knowledgeable; she definitely put me at ease to any concerns I have with my sensitivity issues. Her consult wasn’t rushed and she was very patient with me and my concerns, including to give me in-depth aftercare recommendations and product recommendations to continue the desired results at home. Absolutely recommend!!

What an amazing spa!!! I came for a 60 minute facial and I loved it!!! I even fell asleep while the masseuse was working on my face, loved it! The steam room was an amazing treat. The staff was super friendly and super professional, everything was meticulously clean! I came on a Sunday mid-afternoon and it was very quiet, which was great as I was enjoying the steam room all to myself! I can’t wait to come back and get pampered again!

The only positive aspect of this place was the massage, which was enjoyable. However, the overall atmosphere was cold and dark, lacking the cozy and welcoming vibe I had anticipated. This made me feel a bit more anxious during my visit. While the steam room was nice and the massage met expectations, the ambiance was deeply disappointing—I wish I could give zero stars for it. It felt as though the space was designed by someone who prefers a cold, dark dungeon. The staff were okay; the front desk service was adequate but could have been friendlier.

From the moment I and my wife arrived, we were warmly welcomed and guided through the luxurious facilities. The ambiance was serene, with soft lighting, calming music, and the scent of essential oils filling the air. The full-service Hammam treatment by Eleanora, Tatiana and Valentina was exceptional. The traditional cleansing ritual, complete with the steam bath, exfoliation, and the rich lather massage, left our skin feeling unbelievably soft and rejuvenated. The attention to detail by the staff was impeccable—they were professional, attentive, and ensured I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. After the Hammam, we indulged in a relaxing massage and sipped on fresh herbal tea in the beautifully designed relaxation lounge. Every aspect of this spa exudes luxury and authenticity. I highly recommend Hammam Spa by Cela to anyone looking for a 5-star wellness experience. It’s the perfect retreat for both body and mind!

Went for a Mother’s Day package with my mom and was quite happy with the facilities overall. We booked a mani and facial and also used the steam room. The space is gorgeous and everything smells wonderful. However, for some reason the front desk booked our mani BEFORE our facial and the mani only included regular polish. I asked the nail tech if we could upgrade to shellac (I didn’t mind paying more for it) but they said no because our facial was set at a certain time and they didn’t want us to run late. As you can imagine, it was very difficult not ruining our nails since we couldn’t touch anything as we lied down for the facial. It was difficult to even use the bathroom between our nail session and facial appointments. My nail tech also seemed visibly annoyed that I had shellac left on my nails and that she had to remove it ($15 extra). I was a little baffled at the poor planning as she seemed stressed about finishing the nail appointment on time and rushed it quite a bit. They should consider asking if we have any gel or shellac on our hands when they booked us in (I called to book) because it was my first time coming here and I had no idea we have to add this in advance. The facials were nice and relaxing but both my mom and I wish there was a little more pressure with the facial massages. Overall it was a good experience and I liked my nail tech and esthetician (same person) but I really wish they planned it out a bit better. For this price I would hope for a more accommodating and stress-free experience.
