The new South Yarra store is beyond beautiful, the staff are always so helpful and smiley. With the lovely addition of a salad bar ! I loveee the go to bowl its my fave :))

Lovely ambience, well-lit and spacious. Ordered the classic açai which had a very mild açai taste and was more banana-like. Service was fast and relatively friendly.

I don't understand, I come here every single day for a protein shake, with my own isolated gold standard protein, you guys mix it with the shake and serve it on my cup. Now all of a sudden you guys can't do it anymore. I spend 750 a month in this place, now I can't come back. What an unbelievable way to lose a frequent customer.... Might be good idea to take the course again about cross contamination. If your staff wash their hands and blenders properly there would be no cross contamination. Maybe just consider training the staff. But now I see why you guys have 3.5 stars while Jumi's has 4.7 stars.

Very disappointed with their version of a pokè bowl. I paid $20 or more for a fresh salmon medium size and I got four cubes of salmon. The service was appalling, took ten minutes for the person making the bowls to add all the ingredients, they did not offer or showed where the cutlery neither serviettes were. Just fyi there were no other customers in the store when we ordered, neither after us, so really badly trained staff. We almost misses our cinema session die to the long wait to get our bowls and run away.

Online orders forgotten. Twice now i’ve ordered online to avoid waiting and beat the busy school holiday lines and on both occasions the orders were forgotten about and not made. I waited 30 minutes in store for my online order and staff were totally unaware the order was even placed and it wasn’t made until i asked why the wait time was so long. Today I ordered in advance again hoping to pick my order up and head back to work but again it wasn’t not ready and I had to wait for it to be made. Disappointing because i love the food but the staff could be trained better. No point ordering online.

travelled quite far to get her to try the green cup acai bowls but honestly shouldve just gone to oakberry instead. The lady serving was so rude and gave me and my friends dirty looks. I also watched a customer ask a question and the staff didn't care at all. The acai itself was pretty average and tasted like a berry smoothie i could make myself at home, not real acai and definitely not unbeatable texture. The only good things were the fresh strawberries and the peanut butter in my bowl. Very dissapointed

I visited a few days ago and was quite disappointed with the açaí bowl. It had the right thickness but tasted very bland, almost like water, which was surprising as an avid açaí lover. I’ve never encountered this issue at any other place, including other Green Cups. On a positive note, the staff were friendly, though the store could use a bit more attention to cleanliness.

Great is not enough for my experience; I had an interview this morning, "I was nervous " , I felt like I want something different. cause I usually have coffee in any occasion sad, happy, excited. but this morning out of the blue my brain asked for something sweet like "Anais" who took my order and happy like "Rani's" smile who make my day by giving me my sensational smoothie. and then I went back to thank them a tall beautiful girl turned around with a beautiful blue eyes and said how can I help you? and then I realised all staffs are incredibly kind and they all made my day and I forgot all the stress I had thank you all Pam

Green Cup has that Scandanavian aesthetic. Pretty staff. Lots of your standard South Yarra 'Ive just been to the gym' types. First impressions was an extensive easy to read menu all smoothies are $9 with an extra $1 for Maca powder or coconut oil. After I tasted my first smoothie which had Kale, Banana, Protein and other stuff, honestly my first impression was that it tasted like the stuff I make from home. I guess if you're on the run, maybe on your lunch break, this place would come in handy. Green Cup is certainly nothing to rave about and in my opinion. I urge you if even to try it only once. Interested to hear what you think.

Staff come across quite rude, not many smiles! I have found this in both the South Yarra and Armadale stores. I do enjoy their product though, possibly slightly pricey, but good. The shops since opening are looking a little shabby, and losing their brightness and appeal.
