I went to GP first thing this morning as I was leaving town. I wanted to by a specific set of shoes but they didn’t work out for me. However I was able to get a pair of super cute Adidas Sambas instead. A big thank you to the very lovely Isabella, Sophia and Celina! They were helpful, charming and bring a great vibe to the store.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and the staff were super helpful. I tried on several sizes and styles of shoes until I found something I was happy with. The staff were attentive, helpful and patient while I decided which shoes to buy. They also had good knowledge of Canadian products which is what I was looking for. Thanks to Sofie for being so helpful.

Unfortunately one of the last places to get quality men’s footwear in Vancouver. However; their men’s selection isn’t great (seem to be missing sizes and colour options for what they do have) and their service is terrible. I’ve been here several times and the staff just don’t seem to care, particularly about male shoppers (somehow they make me feel like I’m inconveniencing them by being there if you know what I mean).

Went to the store today and Sophia was very helpful and kind. I tried a few styles and sizes and she was very pleasant throughout the whole process. I had concerns about the boots rubbing the side of my foot but she said I can come back to the store to get it stretched/loosen up. Great customer service!

Last month I went there to pick up my online order, the sales associate gentleman works there was helpful, responsive and time efficient. Only spent a min or two in the store to pick up my order. He also chased me down the street to return my phone that I left on the counter after picking up the order. It was a Sunday and the store was crowded, so I am really appreciate the effort from the gentleman. It was a delightful customer experience!

Poor customer service. Everytime I go in, there is no greetings from any staffs. Today I went in with my mom to try on some shoes. No one acknowledged our existence nor asked if we needed any help even if we have made eye contact with them. I would love to support local business but then this shop probably has one of the worst retail customer service. Would avoid coming here if other stores carry the same brand.

Wide selection of footwear, great prices, great brands! Special thanks to Ryan Manahan who was very helpful and knowledgeable! Will definitely be back for my next purchase!!!

I’ve been shopping at GP since they opened in Vancouver and have always loved their selection. Such a great store full of unique finds! But shout out today esp to Jordan - thank you again for all your help and patience! 🙏🏼
