Goose Island Brewery offers a lively atmosphere where you can sample exclusive brews, take engaging tours, and soak up good vibes with the friendly staff.
"Goose Island Beer closed its original brewpub and moved a short distance off the Chicago River next to the Salt Shed, the music venue that’s replaced the Morton Salt factory, visible to motorists along the Kennedy Expressway. Goose’s new riverside patio will offer customers a special treat — while their views will be blocked, they’ll be able to hear artists performing outdoor shows, all while seated and a burger in their hands. And they won’t need a ticket... at least not yet." - Ashok Selvam, Naomi Waxman
"Goose Island Brewery may have grown too big for its "craft" label, but it's still producing tasty brews and offers some good times with frequent tours (Thursday thru Sunday) and a tap room where you can drink Goose Island beers you can't get anywhere else." - The Post Family
"It only took 20 years after Goose Island opened its Fulton and Wood facility for it to debut this gem of a tasting room that offers taproom specials as well as tours of the brewing facility. There’s also a huge depot of vintage bottles, some available for takeout. The tap list differs from the original Goose Island Clybourn brewpub in Lincoln Park. The original closed in 2023 and will move into the Salt Shed later in 2024." - Ashok Selvam
"Fulton Market: Tickets for Goose Island Beer Co.’s annual Prop Day go on sale Wednesday, October 18 through Oznr. The event, which celebrates the Chicago-only release of Goose’s Bourbon County Brand Stout, takes places on Saturday, November 18 outside the Fulton Market brewery." - Naomi Waxman
"Goose Island Brewery, Kinzie Corridor. Goose Island Brewery may have grown too big for its "craft" label, but it's still producing tasty brews and offers some good times with frequent tours (Thursday thru Sunday) and a tap room where you can drink Goose Island beers you can't get anywhere else."
