The service your stores has never been anything to praise (apart from when Freitag was just starting). The staff here seem disengaged and more focused on TikTok and being on their phones than on doing their jobs. It’s frustrating to watch as they mishandle paid for products like they’re worthless and struggle with basic tasks at the register. Customer service skills are practically nonexistent—it’s like they couldn’t care less about the customers they’re supposed to be serving. Honestly, given the quality of service, it would make more sense for the company to invest in automation. If you’re paying staff just to stand around or be on social media, why not just replace them with self-checkout machines and automated inventory management? Make it make sense. There is NO human touch currently. Security cameras and self check out would save on costs. And these people do not wanna be working these jobs anyway. Win win

Great idea of product making and cool store - modern craft design

Freitag store with a bit more unique pieces than the flagship store. This is the original place where the Freitag brothers had their workspace.

Brought a bag in for repair under warranty. Was accepted for repair without any issues. Staff was very friendly. The selection looks smaller than the flagship store (my impression), but the shop is also less crowded.

Very disappointing. We were looking for the famous Freitag bags, but here only a few clothes. Was not specified on Freitag site. Don t waste your time.

They do not have all the colors that I saw on line, it is pretty much self-service store.
