I bought from them to ship, and they hired a courier (go bolt) that left the package in the lobby even though the door to the interior of the apartments was open. The package was stolen, and I got basically “too bad, so sad” from Frank and Oak. They have ignored my messages after that. You’ve lost a customer.

Whom ever the manager of this location is, you've done an incredible job at selecting your staff! Today my compadre and I walked into the store unaware of the stellar service we'd receive. Leanne was attentive, patient, and provided consultations and recommendations beyond our expectations. If you want amazing customer service, assistance, and both clothing/life/food advice/recommendations you need to find yourself in this store and make sure you ask for Leanne. You've left an everlasting impression that will not soon be forgotten! Oh yeah, and thank you for the amazing sushi recommendation to go along with my new wardrobe!

Started off as a mail in crate experience but has grown with stores across the country. Only thing that bothers me is the consistency in their products. They will change material and designs so make sure you try before you buy. I've been buying the same pair of jeans for years but they never felt the same with each pair. But good service and pretty sweet shop!

They were super helpful as I tried to pick out a shirt for my dad's birthday. Then, when it turned out my sister had already organized gifts for my dad, they were very kind when I came to return the items I had gotten for me father. They may be a bit fancy for my dad's speed. Honestly though, the service is great and their clothes are extremely nice.

First of all, 15/10 customer service! The store manager for this location is the kindest most fun and helpful person ever. Their clothes are so nice. Sustainably resourced They use so much recycled/recyclable materials for their packaging and garments Cruelty free animal materials 100% of the water used to make the jeans is recycled Like I could go on and on

I went to the men's store looking for pants that are more boxy and less curvy. Once I was able to communicate that, the woman working there today (Sunday) was wonderful. I could have even waited for her to bring me more sizes, but I still feel weird about getting that level of service 😅 So I just grabbed some myself while she was serving someone else at the cash. She was really sorry she was busy though, which made me feel weirder. But in a good way, you know? I still needed to go to the women's store for shirts, but there were enough basic shirts in stock that I was able to find something that fit my style. The pants won't work if you don't like a little extra room for... y'know, extra equipment. But for me it was a-ok. Plus, it was super validating to hear the clerk say "yeah, the Amelia pant would've been more curvy." She got exactly what I was going for. I think it's safe for me to like shopping now 😄
