Flora in Cologne is a delightful botanical garden where you can unwind among diverse plants, savor picnic lunches, and soak up the sun for free.
"Flora, Agnesviertel. Flora, a beautiful botanical garden in Cologne, is a wonderful place to enjoy a sunny day. Opened in the mid 1800s, after the destruction of Cologne's older botanical garden, it has a mix of German, French, Italian and English garden elements. It's open daily and free of charge, making it a great daytime activity. And, if you're hungry, try out the Flora cafe for a nice lunch. You can either eat your lunch on their terrace or take it in one of their picnic baskets and eat it out in the gardens. Select photos: Flora Köln."
