Food was burger or veggie burger, we don’t eat. There is some amazing beers on tap. Think the idea was it was going to be a good hub. It’s not quite there yet. But there are lots of great food places within walking distance. Sit and enjoy a beer 🍺 or 2 and if a burger is for you then you’re in.

Since moving to their new location the selection of vendors has been reduced. There is still great beer and wine available. The atmosphere at the outdoor seating can't be beat on a nice day. The view of the haven is relaxing and enjoyable. This is a great place to grab a snack if you are visiting the newly opened Immigrant Museum.

There's nothing inherently wrong with it, but I'm guessing it's overall good reviews are including when they were in the old building next to it, which was brilliant. Very little choice food wise now and it's small. The brewery does have a good selection of beers, but it's not like the old place where you felt in a proper taphouse. Foodhall Station Bergweg in the north of Rotterdam is a far better choice. What thought Fenix would realistically be like after they moved buildings, but unfortunately not to be.

Relaxing National Trust garden with plenty of walks and plants to look at. We went to see the bluebells (the website said they were out) but when we arrived they'd mostly gone past their best. Check before you visit.

The older reviews really tricked me here. There is currently barely any choice of food, just a couple of burger types. Food is also expensive (20€ for an average burger with chips). Great choice of beers, but they should learn to pour it properly, a pint is a pint, not less. Worth it just for drinks and the location.

Nice location, boring and overpriced food. Rotterdam's food scene has changed and improved a lot in the last few years. This place however, the 'food factory', serves soulless sandwiches for ridiculous prices. Slow service even on quiet days. Food: 4 Service: probably still preparing my order 'Falafel' 'pita': for 11 euros you better bring your own sandwich and eat it at the waterfront
