Love the environment, love the food, went there two days in a row. Their service is just like what the other reviews says, depends on the staff, so the first day we waited for 20 minutes just to order, but the second day we managed to order in just 5 minutes. The only unsatisfied is their coffee quality is inconsistent, the mocha I ordered on the first day I visited was very good, but the second day was very bland. Another thing to highlight, if the staff ask tap water or still water, just choose tap water, still water is 2.5 euro per bottle.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful! The room was charming and cozy, creating the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing getaway. A special mention goes to Irene at the reception—she was incredibly sweet, friendly, and welcoming. Her extensive knowledge of the city made our visit even better. Irene is truly an asset to this hotel, and we can’t recommend this place enough! ✨❤️❤️

A very pleasant stay overall. The restaurant was excellent, and I loved the thoughtful design of the space. The staff were fantastic and added to the positive experience. While the view from our room was somewhat restricted by an emergency staircase, it didn’t detract too much from the stay. A fantastic place, and I’ll definitely be back!

Average level food, mostly gourmet with major ingredient the salt! Salads were delicious but portion is small. Water once seated you pay it for 2.5euros even not asked for it! Service is based on waiters behavior and our luck wasn't as good as anticipated. We left and the waiter did not say a single thank you. Needs a lot of training to be at the level an average customer anticipates.

I had a disappointing experience with your host who has extensive tattoos. He was rude, discriminatory, and repeatedly ignored the waitlist order, trying to seat others before me. His behavior created an unfair and unwelcoming atmosphere. I hope you address this to ensure better service for all guests.

Food is always very good. Service is consistently bad and the restaurant just seems to ignore the fact. We entered the restaurant and the hostess just looked at us and didn’t even approach. The only person that talked to us was the security guard. Once we were seated they brought us only the lunch menu and left for 15 minutes. We were trying to ask for the brunch catalog for 15 minutes and no one was paying any attention. Once they brought the brunch menu they informed us that brunch closes in 10 minutes. We tried to order 2 minutes later and they kept ignoring us with no one coming to our table in order for us to order. After all this time the hostess came and took our order since no waiter was approaching and the brunch was about to close. Overall, service is really ruining the restaurant’s image. Such a shame since the food is always amazing. Hope they take notice of their customers’ feedback and make a change.

This was a hidden gem in Athens. The staff were accommodating, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, and the breakfast was outstanding. Ergon is a lifestyle brand that is more than just a hotel, and I encourage you to try their retail outlets as well. The location can't be beat since it is easily accessible via the subway and is walking distance to all the attractions.

the restaurant has a great variety with a mixture of traditional and new food. very tasty food, the location is impressive with great design. the prices specific to the area but not very greek to pay for the water. overall, would recommend.
