My wife and I had a phenomenal time with Goran on our Wine/Truffle tour. We were amazed at Goran's wealth of knowledge and his passion for everything Istrian! My husband and I had the most amazing day with Goran II. He is kind and knowledgeable and passionate about all things Istrian. We made a delicious 4 course meal and he managed to arrange a late night wine tasting due to the public holiday the next day. He went the extra mile to ensure we had the best day in Istria. Nikola was a fantastic chef for our hands on, half day traditional fish cooking class. He was friendly, patient, and worked with us to develop a delicious menu! The menu included fish soup, risotto with mussels, crispy anchovies, and brioche with sheep's cheese and poached apples. The location was beautiful, private, and Nikola also shared EatIstria's balsamic vinegar and wine making process. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Very professional cooking class, held in a beautiful small local house on the country side of Medulin in olive garden. Goran and Petra created a lovely warm atmosphere, we felt like cooking in our home. They both shared a wide knowledge about local cuisine and local wine. The cooking class was customized specially for our group and our needs that we shared earlier. Top communication in english and great organization of the event.
