In a cozy, rustic setting, DryHop Brewers serves up an enticing mix of seasonal brews and a mouthwatering gastropub menu, perfect for any outing.
"Dryhop in Lakeview is one of those spots that’s good for a date with someone you’ve never met before. In other words, it’s always a good time, and it won’t get awkward if you run out of things to talk about—just have another beer and eat some of the delicious, not-very-healthy bar food. Expect things like poutine, fried chicken, and very hoppy IPA beers. If that date doesn’t work out, this place is also great for a day-drinking session with friends." - josh barnett, adrian kane, john ringor
"DryHop is a welcome addition to Lakeview East, and the neighborhood in general. With the massive growth of the craft beer industry in Chicago, it was tough to believe that one of the city's biggest neighborhoods was brewery-less. Thankfully in 2013, "DHB" changed that. That year they were named Best New Brewery in Chicago, and have sported a draft list of house and guest brews that changes multiple times a week. Plus, they were the first in the area to offer 32 oz. Crowlers to-go. Couple the killer craft beers (including a flagship wheat IPA named Shark Meets Hipster) with an incredible gastropub menu, and you might be here a while." - Studio Malt
"Beer and fried chicken are a perfect pairing and this Lakeview brewpub excels at both. A buttermilk-brined breast is blanketed with white cheddar pimento cheese, sweet pickles, and slaw. Diners can dial it up by having the chicken coated in Nashville-style hot sauce." - Ashok Selvam, Jeffy Mai

"The Lakeview brewpub, along with neighboring sibling Roebuck, has a solid selection of draft beers for hopheads. There’s a sidewalk patio which is expanded on select weeks into Broadway, part of the city’s street dining expansion program. It’s first come, first serve." - Ashok Selvam
