Amazing boots. From the three staffs, two were very nice; the third person was racist and discriminated me for speaking Spanish, as they knew very well because I took a call in spanish inside the store. So yes, LGTBQ+ friendly, but no Latino friendly al all.

Last week a bought pair of boots and had a great customer experience, assisted all the time, place super tidy and clean

Staff was very helpful and helped me find my size and gave recommendations on which styles would be right for what I was looking for. She also helped me find the ribbon laces in the photo I showed. Shoes were cute and comfortable in the right size

TK helped me choose the perfect shoes. The size 9 was comfortable but a bit snug. I wanted to go with the size 10, seemingly they were too big. I wasn’t satisfied so he recommended inserts and when I tried them on they were the perfect fit. If you’re looking for an inviting, patient, and considerate being to help you find the perfect docs. They were extremely patient and friendly as they helped me pick out a perfect style and find a comfortable size. I had a wonderful experience at this location, will definitely be back.

Bat was amazing! She had a vast knowledge of the brand and different shoe styles. She helped me pick out the best Docs for my first New York winter and my feet have never felt so fashionably warm. She deserves a promotion!

I bought my 3 piece family a set of Docs on Valentine's day. The staff was knowledgeable & helpful, as can be expected. But 3 months later my sole started to peel so I brought it back in with no outcome expected. Grace, the store manager, was able to pull up my receipt with a few key bits of info, and replaced my boots on the spot with a brand new pair. This was above and beyond what I expected. I've made it a point to applaud great experiences with businesses I'd recommend, rather than complain about the baddies out there, and Doc Martens makes the short list big time. Hang on to Grace, Doc. She's got her eye on the big picture which is invaluable for on-site management.

I had a REALY wonderful experience with the team in the Williamsburg store. I went in looking for something specific and the team was SO knowledgable in helping me find the right style and fit. I worked with Bat and Leianne as a team and can't say enough good things. I'm SO happy with my new Doc Martens.
