I bought my 3 piece family a set of Docs on Valentine's day. The staff was knowledgeable & helpful, as can be expected. But 3 months later my sole started to peel so I brought it back in with no outcome expected. Grace, the store manager, was able to pull up my receipt with a few key bits of info, and replaced my boots on the spot with a brand new pair.
This was above and beyond what I expected.
I've made it a point to applaud great experiences with businesses I'd recommend, rather than complain about the baddies out there, and Doc Martens makes the short list big time.
Hang on to Grace, Doc. She's got her eye on the big picture which is invaluable for on-site management.
