I recently started using Downtown Camera after my neighborhood film shop closed. The team here is knowledgeable, always friendly, and genuinely helpful. Film scans are returned in a timely manner, and the quality has been consistent. I’d recommend signing up for their paid membership—if you visit even a couple of times, it’s well worth it. You get free film and discounts on developing, which adds up quickly.

I finally had a chance to make it downtown I couldn’t resist browsing their extensive inventory. Wow what a fantastic experience excellent knowledge excellent customer service. My sales associate Faraz R was amazing together, we found ourselves exchanging lenses and finding exactly what I needed perfectly. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual with a hint of all the sophistication needed to sell very expensive camera equipment. I couldn’t be any happier with my purchase or with the entire experience definitely worth the trip downtown.

Downtown Camera is my go-to place for all my camera gear needs. Everyone there has been incredibly helpful—especially Kenny, who assisted me every step of the way. He was very knowledgeable about the questions I asked and always tried to provide a solution whenever possible. This was my second visit as a very happy returning customer. I recently purchased a camera here, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Kenny was incredibly helpful — he took the time to walk me through all the camera specs in detail and even explained the extended warranty over the phone. We were able to try out the display model before making a decision, which was a huge plus. My experience at this camera shop was decent, but there’s definitely room for improvement. The staff was knowledgeable, but I found them a bit busy and not as attentive as I had hoped. The selection of gear was good, though a bit limited compared to other stores I've visited. Prices were reasonable, but I did feel some items were overpriced. The store itself was clean and organized, but the overall vibe felt a little rushed. It’s an okay option for camera gear, but I might shop around a bit more next time for better service and deals.

Great customer service, I've been a couple times to get my grandfather's old camera fixed and then again today to buy a used camera. David was incredibly kind and helpful, awsome to talk to and work with when finding exactly what I was looking for. they have a ton of used cameras and lenses, as well as other accessories around the store. Once again huge shout out to David for being so helpful and hard working!

Always a great vibe in here and tons of expertise. I've bought digital, disposable, film, accessories, and they've been awesome to deal with everytime. Dropping off film to be developed is also super quick and eady! :)
