Visited Cote a Coast NYC and had the pleasure of meeting a staff member who must be an expert in social experiments. The Asian male staff member provided a masterclass in rudeness and discrimination, especially towards Asian ladies. It's almost as if he's testing the limits of how far one can go before a complaint is filed. Truly an unforgettable experience if you're looking to witness blatant racism firsthand. Bravo!

So rude. The man works there yelled “no picture” on us, and asked do we understand English. That’s hilarious. He’s also an Asian. How dare he asked other Asians do they understand English. We are both at the bottom of the racial discrimination chain; is it necessary for the marginalized to harm each other? Discriminating against other Asians won't make you a white man. No matter how hard you try, you're still just a banana man.

What a horrible shopping experience. Came in on a weekend and it was empty with one person manning the shop. we said hi and the owner (?) just looked at us. No hi, no hello. So unwelcoming. I picked up a piece of pottery and thought it looked nice for a friend so I took a picture and the dude yelled out no pictures with an attitude. No please or anything. Disgusting customer service that made us instantly leave. Must be the guys first retail experience
