The store has significantly downsized but still retains a unique 'vibe'. The English language section is now -- mostly -- limited to text books, study aids, classic literature, self-help guides. In addition to books there have a comprehensive stationery section. It's a pleasant place to visit even when I don't find what I am seeking!

A lovely hidden gem. It was our first time visiting Cosmos Books, despite living in Wan Chai. The basement is bright and the selection of children's book is large. I love it that they have board games from SmartIQ, a wide selection of puzzles and paint arts. The variety of Chinese children's books is interesting. They have educational books that I haven't seen in other bookstores before. The adult English section is quite limited though. We will for sure visit more often, it is a great place to find gifts too.

There is a good selection of English fiction, non fiction as well as academic and technical books on the upper level. It’s the kind of bookstore that was common twenty years ago. There’s a decent size stationery section as well as cards and gifts. Worth a browse.

I was at the bookstore last Saturday and surprise to find the 1st floor becoming a sale book area. Everything including stationery are now in the basement. I assume 1st floor will be closed. Covid-19 is really giving impact to our economy. I wish Cosmos bookstore will keep running and continue to serve the community.

Pretty awesome bookstore located at a walking distance from the hotel. Their website has a search engine for inventory searches. I've bought a classical Chinese book in traditional script here that I could not find online in the States without paying for shipping or some Chinese American bookstores. They have books from diverse genres. The employees working here are helpful. Occasionally they have author/book events and I came here during an event.
