Walked here from town after seeing the rave on Google, and saw someone actually buying a big stack of tiles for some projects at home. While we tried our best to find a souvenir to bring home, we can’t find any that appealed to us and hence left empty handed. The selection whilst seemingly huge, didn’t cater to folks who are here for souvenirs, which we actually shouldn’t be anyways - but definitely looks great if you are shopping for some home renovation projects.

Very nicely arranged store. The lovely lady behind the counter helped me with great effort to get the perfect gift. The work they do here is very pleasing and beautiful. If you want to bring someone a piece of lisbon back home, skip the souvenir stores and go here. I paid around 70 Euros for 6 Tiles which is a fair price in my opinion.

Beautiful shop, amazing collection of unique and stunning tiles. The owner is so lovely, friendly and is very passionate about the shop. We found it very interestingto hear about the history behind the shop. They also have amazing attention to detail when it came to packaging for travelling and gifting, and it was very well priced. It was also a very fun activity to pick out tiles, and I'd recommend this shop to anyone looking for a unique activity and souvenir from Lisbon. It was a great end to our last day in Lisbon.

I am giving this place 2 stars based on the beautiful tiles it encompasses. I was able to pick one up, and got an extra wooden band at the bottom for (€2 extra). I think having read the reviews it appears the owners and history is great. However my experience today (as a tourist) was the worst I have encountered in Lisbon. Both ladies behind the till completely ignored me. I took a while choosing as I am particular, and for about 20-25 minutes no offer of support. When I walked in, they both looked at me weird, I did say Óla. They were on their phone, laughing and talking to each other. By this time another tourist came in and was browsing who was also ignored. And when it came to paying, one of the ladies behind the counter was rolling her cigarette joint on the mat where my tile was being covered. I think this is very unprofessional. Quite frankly would not recommend.

An unassuming shop situated conveniently next to a bus stop . We stepped in while waiting for a bus and we're glad for it. There are many tile shops in the city but the variety and collection here is unbeatable. The owner was so forthcoming with stories about the shop and his family's involvement in the business. There is pride evident in the way he packed our tiles and spoke about them . This will be one of the souvenirs we will cherish the most from this trip

Had a great experience here. All of the tiles here was so beautiful. It was sometimes hard to choose. If you want to bring back a memory of Lisbon I would recommend coming here. Staff was also super nice and helpful. They packed the tiles really well.

If you are looking for tiles in the city (presumably for souvenirs) this is probably your best bet. The shop sells old stock from 50 odd years ago. The space is small and charming and full of boxes of tiles, neatly stacked so you can see what's what. The brothers running the place are really friendly! The tiles we bought cost us 15 euros for 4. (They have tiles for a little under 2 euros each, and fancier once a that are a little over 5.) The store itself is a cool spot to see. They done a nice job with everything.
