Amazing coffee and cake experience. Pure indulgence. Trendy popular cafe in the main luxury shopping area. Professional polite staff and wonderfully accommodating. It’s a chocolate haven inside the cafe. Absolutely recommended.

The chocolate shop is fabulous but the confectionary / cafe slightly disappointing. They said they had only one type of hot chocolate. Now given that this is a chocolate shop, should not the hot chocolate be rich and chocolaty? No, it was milky, sweet and lacked chocolate. Very disappointing. Thankfully the truffle chocolates, pralines and chocolate slabs are tasty so better to takeaway than sit there and eat in. Did not take a pic of the hot chocolate because it was forgettable and tasted like a regular Starbucks hotchocolate.

A delightful spot for a leisure coffee break in the heart of Zurich. The atmosphere was welcoming, making it an ideal place for good conversations with friends. We paired the signature Sprüngli hot chocolate with their buttery light and flaky croissant. Their avocado toast was incredibly fresh and light, making it a perfect daytime snack.

As a tourist, we are not familiar with what the restaurant offers and the language, so we went in to the shop and ask for a menu to check out the food drinks and price. When we finally decided to take a seat, the serving lady Berger gave us an eye roll showing a very impatient and rude attitude… we ordered three chocolates, very average.

I recently stayed in Zurich for five days and made it a point to visit Confiserie Sprüngli every morning. The coffee was consistently excellent, and the macarons were simply divine! The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff making each visit a pleasure. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy great coffee and delicious treats in Zurich. Can't wait to come back!
