This hip coffee shop in Atlanta offers in-house roasted beans, inviting vibes, and a rotating menu that keeps their loyal fans buzzing with excitement.
"Part coffee shop, part craft-goods purveyor, part roastery, Chrome Yellow has found a loyal following among local artists, writers, theater nerds, and tech geeks who swing by daily for Chrome’s coffee blends. With a gorgeous new Loring roaster acquired about two years ago, the coffee shop has expanded operations to roast its own beans and supply some restaurants and bakeries in the Atlanta area with its coffee." - Eugene Buchko, Eater Staff
"Chrome Yellow is the best hub for Edgewood’s work-from-home crews. Their mid-morning soundtrack features the gurgling of coffee machines mixed with the clacking of keyboards and some light chatter. This cafe cacophony is music to our ears, especially when we’re chomping on their tasty breakfast empanadas and sipping on small-batch roasts of their own coffee blends. We like their oat milk lattes, which give us that silky foam top we love and hardly any bitterness. Be prepared to fight for a table since it’s always busy. We don’t fault them for their popularity since this is a place we’d feel comfortable locking in for hours. Worn concrete floors and homey wooden tables come together for a relaxed (but not too relaxed) farmhouse-chic vibe that helps us stay productive." - juli horsford

"Edgewood Avenue's Coffee Shop and Mercantile For being such a popular neighborhood, the Old Fourth Ward is lacking in the coffee department. But after starting a successful pop-up shop, husband and wife team Kyle and Kelly Taylor added a coffee shop to the front of their Edgewood Avenue clothing store. The shop offers Stumptown coffee in espresso, cold brew and pour overs. Pair with some Athens-based Condor Chocolate or a pastry. There's even parking for your bicycle!"
"Chrome Yellow is another coffee shop where Portrait Coffee has held popups." - Beth McKibben
