Chipotle Mexican Grill

Terrible place. I placed an online order for pickup and needed to use the restroom. When I arrived, they simply refused to give me the code or open the door, even though I order from them regularly and always pick up my orders. This time, they just denied me access to the restroom, saying I had to place an order at the counter, even though I had already ordered online. I have no idea why I can’t use the restroom in this place. Awful staff.

I always buy here but today it's a bad time. Service portions of terror I would never recommend anyone to go to this junk restaurant it should be better it's more I should fire this employee his bad attitude would serve worse

I ordered a bowl with DOUBLE chicken AND steak. They only gave me one scoop of chicken. They didn’t even put lettuce in it either like i requested. Second, my chicken burrito DIDNT EVEN COME WITH MEAT. I got a stupid rice and beans burrito only?! I complained to chipotle and I didn’t even get a damn refund nor did they want to make thing right. I’ll make sure I tell my coworkers and friends at Cedars not to go to this dump.

Upon entering this Chipotle you are greeted by a homeless person outside. Then inside notoriously bad service. They are "out" of cheese. Then out of Fresca juices / waters /lemonades & napkins. Simple stuff that any average restaurant should have. See photos

I have been coming to this Chipotle weekly for around two years now and I'm sad to say that after today, I will not be returning. The customer service has been slowly declining over the last couple of months and today was the last straw. I entered the restaurant excited for my chicken bowl and left hungry and disappointed with the abysmal customer service. When I got to the front of the line, I was left to wait for a couple minutes while an employee who was late to their shift got ready. Said employee then proceeded to give me the worst serving sizes I have ever received from a Chipotle. When we got to the meat, I asked if he could please add a little more as the scoop looked less than an acceptable portion which is something I hate doing but please see the photo below and tell me that's a full serving of meat. He combatively responded telling me that I would need to get double meat if I wanted more, which I obviously did not do after his first scoop. I now sit here hungry writing a review that doesn't matter but I feel like the service I received today encompasses the general direction this location is headed. Please save yourself the time and go to another location or restaurant as you're most likely going to leave disappointed.

The dirtiest place they ever cleaned, they had to see what was cleaning my own table to send someone to clean and sweep and take out the trash, the rice honestly only immersed it in water Tasteless without salt the girl who cleaned was so bad that I was uncomfortable eating on the spot

Went in to order a bowl. The employee serving seemed half asleep or didn’t want to be there. When i started my bowl i asked for half chicken half steak. The steak was out and i said i could wait for steak to come out and i was told there wasn’t gonna be anymore steak coming out. So i decided not to continue my order. After that the staff just looked at me like i was in the wrong for not wanting to continue my order. And the manager that was present said nothing.

Came here an hour after opening and bought chips and guac. Usually it’s great but they served me the most stale chips ever and the guac is liquid and oily? It feels like it was left out overnight and they gave me yesterday’s food. Completely inedible and it’s supposed to be somewhat fresh this early after opening!
