With 5 new babies in our lives we were so excited to find this fantastic store so close to our house! Beautiful sweet 🤩 things at reasonable prices and wonderful staff! We got the cutest cuddliest hand puppets. Love this place❣️

I cannot recommend this store. We went to the shop to buy shoes for our daughter. As our daughter is learning to walk, she is still walking a lot on her toes. The sales personnel saw how our daughter walks and recommended us very pricy shoes. After a few hours of walking, the shoes started to get holes at the toe of the shoes. We went back to the store the very next day. Unfortunately, the sales woman did not know how to deal with our complaint (which was astonishing to us as dealing with customer complaints is super standard in retail) and needed to talk with the store owner. Michelle texted us some days later, assuming incorrectly that the holes resulted from our baby crawling and they only take back unused products which are in perfect condition. Describing again that the holes resulted from our daughter walking on her toes, on which basis the sales personnel recommended us these shoes, I have not received any answer on my message. We are absolutely disappointed about the recommendation, the communication and the handling with customer complaints.

I love that they pay close attention to using sustainable/eco conscious brands. I bought everything from clothing, feeding items and strollers from them! They're such a wonderful local gem!

I have been looking forward to going to this store since before I was pregnant. Now being 16 weeks pregnant, I made it a point to visit when I was in town. I walked in and the sales woman was helping the only other customer in the store. She never once acknowledged my presence in the 15mins I stood there with my hands full of items. Never a “hello”, “I’ll be right with you”, or “let me know if you need anything”. Even when I was standing at the cash register wanting to pay, she never turned her attention from this other man. All of my excitement was gone… I put my items down and left. And of course that wasn’t acknowledged either. I’m extremely sad and disappointed. Luckily there are other amazing baby stores on this street so I was able to find the cutest things - and they were HAPPY to assist me!

Amazing online boutique and storefront. Michelle the owner has curated very high quality non-toxic, natural, organic and eco-friendly items in her gorgeous boutique. I first discovered it through a family trip to LA, and i'm so glad we stopped by in store. It had everything we wanted and more to prepare for our little one. The owner is super friendly, warm, and answered all the questions I had about their products. Since that visit, I've made several online purchases and I absolutely love everything I've ever purchased from this company. As a Mama who is very eco-conscious and only wants the best of the natural/non-toxic/organic items for my family, Caro Bambino has become one of my one-stop-shops for my baby and Mama needs. Every time I purchase something from Caro Bambino, the items are beautifully and safely packaged, they arrive so quickly with Express Shipping to Hawaii. And Michelle is amazing. She answers all my questions so promptly and in such a detailed manner. Customer service is incredible. I enjoy buying gifts for family, friends, and for my little one especially. I highly recommend this company and their products. xx

I don’t have kids myself but I have shopped for many gifts here and their selection is always above and beyond and I leave with gifts I don’t even know who I’ll give them to yet! I’m a big fan of the books they have, fairly priced and such a great selection. And the clothing is so cute I may need to have a baby myself.

Fantastic experience at this store. Victor and other associates were especially helpful and knowledgeable. On top of that they all had a wonderful energy and were very kind. Products are all of very high quality. And well selected. Would definitely shop here again!

I love this boutique for finding unique gifts for friends and family members with new babies! They have a great online shop too that I'm taking advantage of for gifting during this time where stores are closed. They graciously wrapped my gift for me as well.

Really cute baby store right on Main Street in Santa Monica. My husband and I came in here when I was still pregnant to review a few things that we had been eyeing for our registry in real life. Everything they carry is very luxe, high end brands and most of the materials seemed to be organic. The sales person was really nice and answered all of our questions. They also have a decent stroller selection that was really high end. She didn't know as much about car seats and stroller compatibility but was still very patient and nice. I'm excited to keep shopping here as our son grows up.

I bought both my strollers here, the uppababy vista v2 and the uppababy ridge, and I have to say that their customer service is just amazing. Both times they delivered it to my door and they were super helpful with choosing stroller etc. I highly recommend them! Also, their store is super cute and they have a lot of nice baby stuff.

The most amazing advice and selection of baby accessories - I wouldn't have survived the start of motherhood without these amazing folks who helped me learn how to put a stroller up and down, strap the newborn into the car seat and learn how to start feeding solids to the baby - THANK YOU!

This is a great store with a variety of beautiful kids clothing, toys, furniture and gear. Caro Bambino carries trendy scandi brands and instantly became my favorite local shop for baby needs. Michelle was really helpful and knowledgeable when we came in the the store! I highly recommend this place for great selection and friendly service.

Perfect to buy baby gifts! I was having trouble finding something for my nephew and this place has a great selection of items for baby gifts. The staff was really helpful and also I have to say that the store is gorgeous!

This store is awesome !! Marielle was so nice to me gave me a great advice about my newborn (she is trained as a birth doula as I found out ) and let me breast-feed my baby in the nursing chair in the back of the store !!! They also have a changing table in the bathroom. I love their stuff they are so patient with new parents and I loved going there when I was pregnant. Definitely one of the best stores on the west side !!!

Wow!! I'm super disappointed I just came to the store with my husband. First time that we are out to buy baby gear. I was super excited to do it for the first time. As my husband and I planed it for a while... I never had this type of experience. The girl at the store was so rude and talked to me in the most insulted way in front of my husband. If I was the store owner I would NOT want this type of person to be the face of my store. (As the store just lost a really great client, we were planing to buy good amount as young parents that want the best for our new first baby) The store looks so cute and I wish I could have spend more time there and do my shopping. I ran away almost crying because of this lady. She should be shame of herself... I was there Saturday August 17 at 5:30pm. In case the store owner wants to find out who is the person responsible for my bad experience.

No customer service. For big purchases you are better off buying online or straight from the manufacturer as they won't help you if anything goes wrong with the product. We bought a big purchase - entire set of Uppababy stroller, bassinet, and car seat from them in the hopes of supporting a local business. The stroller was defective and the manager deflected us to deal with it on our own. They also wouldn't help assemble. Wish we bought elsewhere!

This store is the best for baby gifts. The books are so much fun, the staff is so nice.

This place is more than just a store with the cutest and safest baby selection in town - it's a community and a sanctuary for any parent looking for guidance. I came here for the first time before the birth of my now almost 3 year-old and I have yet to find a better space for all things baby, toddler and beyond. If you ever get overwhelmed by the amount of baby gear / accessories / advice / STUFF on the market, do yourself a favor and seek the help of this great team of experts. You won't be disappointed (also don't expect to leave empty handed)

The staff here are so knowledgeable and kind, and their range of kids' stuff is clearly chosen with care. They're also frequently stocking new products, so their selection is never stale. Four stars only because the prices are sometimes prohibitively expensive, but they have a pretty wide range of prices. [edited out redundant word usage/poor grammar ]

This door far exceeded my expectations the owners our hands on an insanely lovely to talk to the manager is extremely knowledgeable on everything for babies they have a beautiful registry and the store is full of soft cozy clothes that really represent everything beautiful about maternity and childhood I save your having a baby or have a little one at home you should definitely stop by this place and pick up a little something that you need

Awesome Family Owned business with a very thorough, complete selection of natural themed baby toys and gear! Earlier in the year my husband had to do a return for a gift that we received from here, and was really impressed with the ease of getting store credit. They kept it in their computer system, which makes it really easy as a new mom to not have to think about bringing the gift card/receipt with. Just yesterday, we walked back and got our six month old some teething toys. I was really impressed with the high quality of toys to choose from and found that they were not overpriced! I really appreciate that, so I can support my local store without having to look for it online and get it cheaper elsewhere type of thing. I also appreciated that the saleswoman was able to point us in the exact direction for the type of toys we wanted and was able to give us insight about her preference and top sellers. I have to admit it's a little overwhelming otherwise! Before we headed out, our little guy got hungry so I sat in one of their super comfy rockers to nurse him and he ended up falling asleep! The saleswoman was very helpful and helped us configure our stroller so that we could transfer him while still sleeping. Really appreciate the extra set of hands, as we are still getting to know our new stroller :) Looking forward to going back to use the balance of our store credit and get gifts for all of our nieces, nephews and friends.

I LOVE this store. My little one just loves her wooden toy that we bought there and the salesperson is just so sweet. The clothing is just fantastic and the soft plush books for babies are incredible. There is this one book I bought called "whats hiding in this pocket" and Im telling you I get so many compliments from teachers.

Victor is the stroller whisperer! He made our stroller and car seat shopping experience incredibly easy. He knows the ins and outs of every brand, was unbiased, and extremely patient with us during the shopping experience. It's so nice to go someplace where the customer service is actually good, and would buy here vs. online over and over again. It's such a time saver to talk to someone knowledgeable vs. doing self directed research. Once our stroller and car seat arrived Victor assembled everything for us in the store and offered to carry it out to our car. We'll be heading back to have the car seat installed properly, which is such a nice service that they offer free of charge. I can see us making future visits for questions or additional needs as our baby and family needs evolve. Thank you!

After going to a bunch of baby stores all over Los Angeles this weekend, Caro Bambino was the only store where we received excellent customer service (we were basically ignored at all the other stores). Victor was extremely helpful while we were checking out strollers and carriers, explaining and demonstrating features and answering all of our questions. I highly recommend this store, especially Victor, and I'm pretty sure we'll but our stroller, carrier, car adapters, etc. from Caro Bambino!

Such a nice store to buy any kind of product for babies. They have a great variety of strollers and car seats and offer free consultation about them, it was really good to know more about the difference about each model. Michelle really helped me and my wife during the process.

I actually avoided going in Caro Bambino for a long time because I thought it would be way too fancy for me, but I'm so glad I went in! While the store does have a number of high-end strollers and high chairs, they also have a really wonderful selection of everything, including great non-toxic/wooden toys, clothes, carriers, feeding items...the list goes on. The customer service for me has always been so wonderful...they have even delivered things to my house that were too big to fit on my stroller. While I will always have fancy stroller envy that is made worse every time I go in the store, I am so happy to have a really great baby boutique in walking distance and I am in here every few weeks to get a new special item for myself...I mean for my son ;)

Cole and the staff are warm and helpful. I called and ordered a bike and it was ready on-time and they we're really easy to work with. Highly recommend and the price of the bike was about the same as Amazon, so another reason to support a local store.

Caro Bambino was our one stop shop for our pregnancy shopping needs. We were so incredibly overwhelmed by the whole registry process and what to buy, etc. we did not know where to begin. All I knew was that I wanted the absolute best products and equipment for my child, as earth friendly as possible, and easy to deal with. Caro Bambino takes time to research the products they carry and offers the best recommendations. Victor helped us navigate everything from car seat and strollers to baby wipes and swaddles. He even took the time to set up our registry for us and updated it as needed. Our registry worked out perfectly and we are using everything we got. I highly recommend Caro Bambino. You should TOTALLY check them out!

I went to several other baby stores in Glendale, the Valley...all over LA, but when I walked into Caro Bambino and was warmly welcomed by Michelle I knew I had walked into the right place. This shop is so much more than just a store, it's an experience and such a valuable resource for all parents and anybody wanting to buy a gift. Michelle and Katalina know so much about baby equipment that when I left with my new vista 2 pram and nuna car seat I felt equipped, confident and heard. Michelle was so patient as I asked a million questions. What I also loved was Michelle often told me NOT to buy something as it was necessary. She is not a pushy saleswoman but a warm, intelligent, knowledgeable person who guided me towards practical purchases. The customer service is wonderful as well, they are super communicative and even delivered the pram to my house, assembled, and have been ready to answer any extra questions I may have. Love this shop and the shop owners and love supporting this small business :-)

This is a wonderful little gem on Main Street. I bought my double stroller and some gifts there. The service was amazing. The owner actually put my stroller together for me, showed me how to use it, and put it in my car. He has two young kids so was very knowledgeable and helpful. They have wonderful clothing to choose from and unique gifts as well. I will definitely be going back!!

Exchange policy is kinda mediocre for a small shop. They could have worked with us a little more considering it was a gift, new and in packaging. Really cute things, most of them available at bigger commercial stores as well. Probably won't ever go back to them.

Went into the store today just to "look around" with the hubby. Everyone in the store was so friendly and helpful and their products were excellent. Ended picking up a couple of things and having a short conversation with the owners.

Not very happy with this store. Walked in and waited at counter while woman was speaking in the phone. She made no effort to acknowledge us even though she saw us standing right there. We waited patiently and still nothing. Sad considering we own several upscale items they carry in the store. Nuns high chairs and Alma Bloom crib! They just lost one of their targeted customers due to the lack of professionalism of their sales associate.

This store is wonderful. The owners and everyone who works there are so warm, inviting, and kind. They are so well informed about all their products and child care. They have filled their store with the most wonderful products that they believe in and have tested. My family loves to just go hang out with them and my son rides the toys around the store. The owner has been so kind that he hand delivered some supplies when my wife couldn't get there and they built our crib for us and brought it out to the car so we didn't have to even park. They do all the research when we ask questions and call us right back with the answers. I can guarantee that if the reviewer who had to wait for help goes back they will fall in love with the store and everyone there. It's rare that I write reviews or love a store so much that I felt the need to express how wonderful the store and owners are... Go see for yourself!!

I visited this store yesterday and am obsessed! They are so sweet and their store is incredible - I wanted to buy everything! Main Street really needed a store like this. It will definitely be my go-to for gifts and items for my own babies. They have everything from cribs to baby wipes. Beautiful store, lovely people and high quality merchandise.

Ask for Victor for hands down THE BEST customer service of anywhere period. He has helped me for months to hand pick every item for my new baby. Even though we tend to come in or call right around closing he is never anything but helpful, polite, & willing to go above and beyond for us. He is so personable and whenever you need an honest opinion you can count on him to help guide you toward the perfect purchase for you and your family. I honestly can not compliment Victor and his incredible work ethic enough. The store itself is a gem as well!! It is expertly merchandised. It can be deceiving while window shopping...you may be surprised by how many items are in store after just passing by on Main Street. It truly has the perfect amount of products needed to raise a HIP and well cared for baby without going overboard or overwhelming the customer. It has everything you could want while still maintaining that ever dwindling Mom & Pop feel. I also love how Caro Bambino cares about the environment and carries mostly all, if not all eco-friendly brands and merchandise that is free of chemicals like phthalates & vocs that are especially important to exclude from baby's sleep & play areas. Victor even helped me to purchase the only car seat on the market that does not contain flame resistant chemicals (the Uppa Baby in Blue Marl.) Caro Bambino manages to excel at staying on trend while maintaining an eco conscious store. Even my three and six year old love to shop here. It has a great array of unique toddler toys for sale that keep them occupied while I shop..Brilliant! Needless to say I would recommend anyone that is in need of a cool and safe baby gift, toddler gift, registry items, etc to look no further than this one stop shop for all things baby and kid!
