Came here with my wife during our visit to Viejo San Juan and first thing we noticed is that it is POPULAR!! The place was so over crowded that not only were all the seats taken but there were people standing filling the entire space. We did eventually get a seat with some luck and patience but just in case this is the norm make sure you prepare for the chance that you have to take the food to go. The food was delicious and coffee was good if not a little pricey but it is in a very tourist trap location so it's expected.

Our morning coffee adventure today landed us at Cafe Cuatro Sambras… so glad it did, we had fun there! Super friendly staff, the manager personally followed us to make sure we were happy with the coffee and pastries! Everything was very good! They roast and going their coffee onsite! Nice space, very comfy couches with pillows… worth the visit! Recommend Cafe Cuatro Sambras!

Hit this place as part of a via tour food tasting in San Juan and it was an amazing discovery which I truly recommend if you happen to visit. Great croissant with guava butter (yummy) and 100% locally grown coffee

Great coffee, good food. However, I was expecting a bit more based on some recommendations, but in my opinion a bit above an average coffee place (3.5 out of 5). The Salmon Avocado toast was probably the best out of what we ordered. The Ham, Egg and Cheese sandwich was just too plain. Fresh Orange juice was good. Coffee was well prepared. Good place for a quick bite with decent prices I might say.

Very crowded and lively, enjoyable vibe inside. Everyone working there was super nice. They were out of a bunch of items and the food was good. Latte was very milky. 5 stars simply for being open on New Year's Eve

Came here on a cruise and they also had a festival going on in the town. VERY BUSY at the time, but they were quick and got us through the line efficiently. There is a BACK ENTRANCE and there is lots of seating options. Great coffee!

These two items were $21, $25 with tip. The flavor of the salmon avocado toast was good, but the quantity was surprising. Expected 2 toasts for the price. Flavor of the coffee wasnt so good either. Service was alright.

Beautiful rustic atmosphere and quick service. No cash accepted for payment of food and drinks. The portion size of the salmon toast was way too small. I had to buy another breakfast item to feel satisfied. The latte was warm, not hot. The cashier was friendly and accommodating. There’s an open seating area at the back worth a patterned wall that really stood out.
