From the front of the restaurant you may not want to go in. However, do yourself a favor and walk in and enjoy the back garden area. The service and atmosphere rate a definite 5 star experience. It's relaxing and friendly and they go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The food is good, not 5 star, but the quaint garden makes up for it. If you are in the area and want to get out of the urban feeling environment this is a great place to stop for a beverage and bite to eat.

A wonderful ambience helped by exceedingly friendly service and a great choice of well prepared foods and drinks. Enjoy yourself with friends or come along to read the newspapers and magazines (free) or bring a book, a nice sheltered garden rounds off a pleasant break. A no hurry, welcoming café, look out for the buffet breakfast, bring an appetite. August 2020: Re-opened! Wonderful news. Now being run by the excellent cook who was there until the last owner ran the café for a year or so.

There are not many option at the menu. The quality of the food was low, I ordered a simple pumpkin soup and it was horrible, even worse than a supermarket one, the supplied bread was not tasty as well, just boring white bread.

This cafe is mix Germany and indian style, i had Germany food which was pasta with selmon and my friends took Indian food which was great and prepared specially for us, thanks for testy food,, that day was the only day for us to enjoy in our food in whole trip
