"The chorizo roll at Brindisa’s Chorizo Grill on Stoney Street is one of London’s best sandwiches. All you need to know is that there’s sweet pepper, spicy chorizo, and rocket in a white bun, and if it sells out, the stall closes for the day. So arrive early to secure it. And double up on the chorizo if you like to live dangerously." - heidi lauth beasley, jake missing, daisy meager, sinead cranna, rianne shlebak

"What to get:The al fresco feast box. And the chorizo roll box. And maybe the cheese box too. We enjoy anything involving the word ‘feast’. It makes us feel important and like we might be distantly related to Henry VIII. Someone incredibly wise once said that ‘the chorizo roll at Brindisa is one of the best sandwiches, full stop’. Yes, that someone was us, but it’s true. Upgrade your picnic with their chorizo roll pack, or go all-in on their al fresco feast box. Check out their website for even more picnic options." - heidi lauth beasley

"If you're a meat-eater, this is pretty much the best sandwich you'll find in the whole of Borough Market. Brindisa, which is just around the corner, sets up a casual barbecue in the market selling their simple and winning combination of fresh bread and quality chorizo. "

I’ve been the number one fan of perello’s gordal picante olives since I was able to eat solid food, and Brindisa has the most amazing selection available. Every time I visit I make a point of stocking up on olives! The staff are always quick to offer recommendations or help and are incredibly friendly.

A great shop, I've been ordering online with them for a number of years but it's always nice to visit the shop. The quality of the produce available is nothing short of incredible. Get some Jamón and cheese (and maybe some tinned fish) If you like Spain you'll love this shop.

Another stop on our Borough Market self-guided food tour, this time looking for some cured meat for charcuterie. Staff was great in explaining available options. Cured beef was delicious!

We odered food for a bbq were we had invited a dozen people. We made the order a few days earlier to make sure there would be no issues, the items ordered were in stock and we sent back and forth several emails to double check. On the day of the delivery only half of the order was delivered. No explanations. Office closed on the weekend, nothing we could do. The following week we got an explanation, too late. Apparently, they had oversold the items we ordered and we just got what was left. The pickers didn't inform us so we could try to find and alternative. That is incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable. Two weeks later, some friends put an order through them for another event. This time, they didn't even get a delivery. Nobody contacted them. Only when they phoned to see what was going on, they were told that the "lorry with the imported food hadn't arrived the previous week". But still, they had accepted the order and said nothing about not having stock. Place an order at your own peril. In my case, I will never buy from this company again, it's not reliable.

A gem of a shop in Borough Market, selling the highest quality Spanish produce. Staff encourage you to try the different jamón ibérico, carved off the bone, before buying. Also a wonderful selection of cheeses and pans, utensils, spices etc. I cannot praise the staff here highly enough!
