"Bold Tendencies founder Hannah Barry is responsible for much of Peckham’s transformation into a culture—and counterculture—hub. At this point there are few corners of this diverse, buzzing neighborhood that Barry and her organization haven’t touched. Take the parking lot: The rooftop you walk over is covered in undulating lines of weather-reflecting paint by artist Richard Wentworth. The once-grimy stairwell has been transformed by Simon Whybray into a trippy, bubble-gum-pink tunnel. The Derek Jarman roof garden converts drab concrete into a lush, landscaped escape. And we would be remiss not to mention the multistory orchestra, a collective of accomplished musicians hosting folk and classical performances in unexpected places (like that parking lot). "

Amazing venue! From the beer garden on top to the talented artists performing in the space below. The art exhibitions are also a must. The only complaint is that they filled the drinks with tons of ice more than actual alcohol that you paid for

Bold Tendencies is an arts organisation based in the rooftop spaces at Peckham Multi-Storey Car Park just off Rye Lane. in South London. The site includes Frank's Cafe on the top floor and displays some very interesting artworks. We went there to see an Artangel presentation of an experimental performance of Jay Bernard’s The Last Seven Years. This is a new work inspired by the voices and experiences of British people throughout this turbulent time period since the Brexit referendum. The show was excellent.

An amazing place so urban and a great vibe. I watched an organ recital of works by Philip Glass that took place at a car park....! Enough said

Enjoyed the experience there, great view with lots outdoor seating in the cafe. The only downside was the toilet, quite smelly and not quite well maintained.

Building with really cool vibrant pink staircase. Has a roof terrace and cafe open in the summer season.

Great spot for a few beers in the afternoon. Has a surprisingly unpretentious vibe to it... and of course, great views.
