"Bite Cafe, Ukrainian Village. When we’re too tired/busy/lazy/etc. to cook, but want to eat “healthy” at any time of day, Bite is one of the first local spots that comes to mind. Perfect for a romantic date night with your boo or a 13 person BYO pre-game for the Big Freedia concert at the Empty Bottle next door, we’ve never had a bad experience. And it seems the vegetarian friendly BYOB has been really pumping out the hits lately. The simple printed menu holds their delicious staples, but turn your eyes to the colorful chalkboard for the cuisine du Jour. You won’t be disappointed."

We live nearby and love this BYOB place for brunch and dinner. Always an excellent variety of fresh choices. Healthy options too. Good variety on the menu...everything from a yummy veggie wrap and fries to a delicious piece of fish or steak for dinner. Service is friendly. It's a very local spot. Very fair prices. If it's busy, you can head to the attached bar next door for cocktails or beer while you wait for a table. Very casual atmosphere. Food is always excellent!
