Unfortunately, my kid and I came over to test and buy a bike only to be told there was no staff to serve us. First time I have seen anything like this. One is not actually allowed to enter the shop without an appointment. Looks and feels odd, to say the least

Fantastic customer service! I visited to test out a Schindelhauer belt driven bike as I am from Perth Western Australia and there are no local dealers. Even with the knowledge that there wouldn’t be a sale from their efforts, the staff were more than happy to answer my questions and let me take a bike for a test ride. I really appreciate service like this and will be ordering a bike online when I return home!
