Belancé has been unreal from start to finish. From when I first reached out about having my wedding tuxedo made, every step has been smooth, professional, and an all-round top-tier experience. Charlie and Theo know their craft, pay attention to the detail, and make sure everything is of the highest standard. We hired Belance to make our wedding suits and had the best experience with them. The staff were incredibly professional, thoughtful and went out of their way to make sure we were looked after. I had to have my suit made while I was overseas and Belance catered to my schedule, put together looks over Zoom and made clear recommendations when I asked that made me feel confident in my decisions. I couldn't recommend BELANCĒ highly enough. I had a really specific idea of what I wanted for my wedding suit. We had literally gone to at least 7 other suit tailors throughout Sydney and Auckland, none of whom had anything that matched what I was after. When we arrived at Belance, we were expecting it to be much the same... But we were absolutely blown away by the selection of fabrics unique to their store. Not only did they have materials that matched what I was after, but there were several options to choose from. It's clear that Charlie and the rest of the team genuinely love and care about their job, which was really refreshing after going to a number of places where it felt very much like we were just another person they could make some money from. They really went above and beyond and absolutely nailed the brief. The tailoring was outstanding, I requested something outside the realm of what they'd done in the past which I'll admit did make me a little nervous, but they honestly nailed it. I genuinely would recommend BELANCĒ to anyone after a custom suit for their wedding or anything else.

Given the reputation of BĒLANCE, I of course, had high expectations. When I first saw the finished product, not only my expectations were met, I was beyond impressed with it. Everyone I interacted with -especially Theo- from the very first day until the delivery of the jacket has been extremely nice and helpful. This level of tailoring and attention to details are a form of art. Can’t recommend enough!

Wonderful experience and beautiful garments. Consultation process to pick a style and materials was excellent for designing my wedding look in a material that looked and felt truly special. Quick and professional session for measuring up the various garments, resulting in a stunning 3 piece tux that I could barely take my eyes off. Immensely thankful to the team at Belance and will be certainly visiting again in the future
