ZERO STARS! For my 30th Birthday and I order over $100 worth of Balloons. The day before they called to confirm the order, before Jonas, before the snow. So I confirmed it, thinking my party would be on. Then we wake up Saturday and it's snowing CATS and DOGS. The delivery was supposed to occur between 4-6pm, as requested on the order. They delivered my balloons in the morning, before calling me again, to confirm the event. They claimed they were doing their job by getting all the deliveries out before the snow (OR the road ban for that matter). Little did they know, the OWNER of the restaurant never even opened, and some doorman accepted my package. They party didn't happen, and my balloons were stranded.
That day we assumed the delivery wouldn't have even happened b/c we called at 2:30pm, and when they said they were already at the restaurant, you can image our frustration! Tiffany proceeded to hang up on my boyfriend for calling them out! They charged me and won't offer a refund and simply don't see that the business they were doing was SHADY!
The money isn't the issue here. Their lack of customer service is. Had they just taken some time to call the day of (JONAS), we would have had them deliver the balloons to my apartment. With the road ban, there was nothing I could do to get them.
I really thought I was over the situation, but I just called her back today to see based on the circumstances, wha they would do for us, and Tiffany again, put the blame on me, saying "I should have cancelled the night before!"
I don't ever complain...but, you did a BAD job and I'm just disgusted at how you tried to make this "our fault".
