I had the most beautiful experience today being taken care of by the lovely Ruby! I’ve never been in an Aesop store so I was having a browse trying to get ideas for Christmas presents. Ladies and gentlemens beauty products. A great little shopping experience here. Staff are very attentive and friendly and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. If you are shopping for a present for a loved one I can highly recommend Aesop. Store is very clean and well staffed and there are testers of most items available to try. We were thoroughly satisfied with our purchase.

I bought a couple of things from Aesop for the first time last weekend and I'm really enjoying using them. What really stands out though is the customer service I received. I'm fresh off the boat to Australia and not only did I get help selecting the right products for me but I was also given some tips on things to do in the area. I will definitely be back.
