If you’re thinking of placing an order k line, don’t do it. It’s more hassle than it’s worth if you have to return anything. They don’t put the customer first. You have 5 business days to return your item - but the day it’s delivered counts as the first full business day. Then you can only return for store credit. But guess what? If they are running a promotion that has a coupon code, you are not able to use both the coupon code and your store credit - even if the coupon code is pre-applied by them. This is all stated in their policies, so I guess shame on me, but it’s been a terrible customer experience and I just want to use my store credit on non-clothing items and never shop here again, but I have to wait for a promotion to be over until I can even use my store credit! Do better AV.

I ordered online and had a very positive experience! Although there was some confusion with the order on my end, Adored Vintage answered my questions quickly and with grace. Top notch shop!

The owner and staff think of every detail when sourcing pieces- the ambience is calm, it always smells good from the “build your own bouquet bar”, and the clothes are AMAZING of course ❤️ Highly recommend for modern or vintage fashions, jewelry, dried flowers, and more!

Returns are for store credit only. I guess I should have checked the return policy before I bought something but I've never come across any online clothing store that won't let you get a refund if something doesn't fit so it didn't even occur to me that that was a possibility. Terrible policy, terrible clothing quality, don't buy from them.

Seconding others sentiments that their return policy is extremely customer non-friendly. I am a longtime AV customer and fan. Ordered a dress for $85 + 7.50 shipping. Didn't fit well at all. Returned it promptly the next day, and hoped to buy a specific dress that was available on the site. Finally had to email customer service several days later to get my credit processed. I asked if I could buy the dress now, and apply my refund to it later, and was told no. By the time they processed my return, that dress I wanted had sold out. I was refunded $77 dollars (charged me for return shipping). I put another dress I like in my cart for $85 dollars, but I see that I cannot apply my 10% off coupon they gave me, and the shipping has gone up to $12. This means I am paying almost $30 extra just to exchange a dress for the same price. As I email customer service about this, and then press "Pay" anyways because I want the dress, it informs me the dress is sold out! They don't even hold items in your cart while you check out. Extremely frustrated as a longtime loyal customer. I was told by customer service that I should have read the policies better. But when your polices are so detrimental to customers you really should adopt a new policy that puts loyal customers first in some small way. Especially when you now have to pay $150 instead of $100 just to get free shipping. I'm just really sad as I now missed out on three different dresses I wanted, and will surely end up paying for it one way or another.
