Incredibley inviting space, with a friendly, generous manager who makes everyone welcome. Great range of well cared for back issues, a plethora of toys, and all the modern issues you could ask for. Fantastic!

I'm glad there is a comics bookstore in my neighborhood. They have some nice classic hard cover version of comic book for a collector. Lots of interesting stuff, not only books like cards game, original arts, model, action figures etc.

Out of the comic book shops in north Brooklyn, this place is the best when it comes to a mix of indie and mainstream titles. Also has a weekly newsstand rack that’s up to date. Besides a ton of graphic novels and newsstand, there are a few boxes of older comics and collectibles but Comic Book Station, a few blocks away, has more if that’s what you want. I also appreciate their toy and figurines- from Mha, Aot, to ninja turtles and marvel. A nice mix dead stock and nostalgic reissues. I’ve been coming here for a few years …. The owner is chill and knowledgeable. Today I had a bad experience with a new front clerk. He was ignoring customers while he was talking to his buddy and giving spoilers for the new weekly comics stand. I asked him if he could add my name to the receipt , either as a note in the POS or I could make an account - which I’ve done with tons of other bookstores and comic shops. He was rude about it and didn’t even try. Other than some poor customer service sometimes, this place is a gem!

Great place. I was interested in some graphic novels and the feedback from them helped me to select. They have real treasures there

Cool store with so many comics and memorabilia. Fun staff. The prices aren’t to high.

Excellent place . They have an excellent selection of vintage comics and reasonably priced yo. They also have HUzGE dollar in bins you'll certainly find something. The owner very professional kind and courteous. You can spend HOURS in there.

Very happy to see a new comic book store in the neighborhood. They have a vast selection of Action Comics but also some books and some Archie comics. The man running the store is very nice and knowledgeable. The prices are very fair.

A comic store run by real, helpful people. Great comic selection, good and unique TCG finds. Their game night community is welcome and inclusive.

I come to this shop every Wednesday not only for the great selection of books in this store but for the great hospitality and great interactions with one of the employees, Brendan. every time i am in that shop he always makes people smile and laugh and have not only great conversations with everyone that walks in the store but he makes you feel like you knew him all your life. action city comics is the place to be to get your books old and new, Brendan you are the man !!!
