"Horner Park, Albany Park. Honoring Henry Horner (1878-1940), Illinois’ first Jewish governor, this park is one of the largest parks on the Northside. It is composed of 55 acres of softball/baseball diamonds, football/soccer fields, basketball and tennis courts, playgrounds and nature areas. Check out the field house for gymnastics, ballet, woodworking, pottery and sign language classes. And don’t miss movies/concerts in the park during the summer."
