"Hotel San Cristóbal Baja, by the trendy Bunkhouse Hotels, will in December 2023 open Cosecha, an organic eatery, nestled directly in the property’s lush garden, from which many of the ingredients are sourced. The hotel's general manager, Thelma Esquitín, mentioned that about 45 percent of the food served on property is prepared with produce grown there. The menu includes family-style dishes, including salads and freshly caught whole-cooked fish. In October, Hotel San Cristóbal also added a new room category.
