"Chocolate Pi, Hyde Park by Spark. An artisan scratch dessert shop with hand crafted chocolates, macarons, sodas, coffees, cakes and ice cream, you can stop in to grab a sweet treat while perusing their selection of local gifts, like a "library book" scented candle and a cheeky collection of greeting cards. Located next to the Epicurean Hotel, it's a one stop shop for a latte and a laugh."

Inkwood Books
Permanently Closed
"Inkwood Books, Hyde Park by Spark. Inkwood Books is Tampa's only full-service independent book store. Quaint and kitschy, situated in an old bungalow-style home, Inkwood Books is where you want to go to lose some time and lazily read the titles among the shelves. It's the kind of place that makes you "feel good" for spending your money there - there's nothing like shopping local."

Buddy Brew Coffee - Hyde Park Village
Coffee shop · Tampa
"Buddy Brew, Hyde Park by Spark. A local husband and wife duo created Buddy Brew with a simple guiding mission: Brew Good. Do Good. Their serious passion for quality coffee has lead to the strongest cold brew in town, a favorite that fuels our late nights around the agency. But if you're more of the tea or green juice type, Buddy Brew has you covered there too. And their chili lime avocado toast is hard to beat. Beyond the food and drink, check out the paint job in the bathroom - it sounds weird, but no stone was left unturned in this shop's gorgeous interior by Oxford Design. Their patio is also dog friendly, so grab your pup and a chair at Buddy Brew for a ridiculously delicious and hip pit stop between the shops."

Goody Goody Burgers
Permanently Closed
"Goody Goody Burger, Hyde Park by Spark. A return to tradition, this historic Hyde Park diner dating back to 1925 recently re-opened its doors. Since then, the neighborhood hasn't been able to get enough of their burgers, pies, fries, and all-day breakfast at a price point that nods to earlier days. And all of that demand usually means there will be a wait, so go put your name in at least an hour before you want to eat. Or you can try your luck at their first come, first served bar. And once you take a seat, may we suggest chasing the pancakes that are bigger than your head with a warm café con leche? We promise, it's worth the wait."

On Swann
American restaurant · Tampa
"On Swann, Hyde Park by Spark. A "thoughtfully sourced kitchen and bar," On Swann was created by a group of friends to bring a level of hip to Hyde Park dining that hadn't been seen before. Guests of On Swann can enjoy a seasonal menu and craft cocktails with local flair among trendy interior design and luxe textures. During the day, lunch goers and laptops line the sun soaked bar aside coffee (or craft cocktails. Why not?). And at night, On Swann transforms into a stylish eatery with adventurous American fare. Whatever the time of day, this is a spot that inspires more than just an Instagram post (which, we promise, it definitely will)."
