"From the former chef at Cool World, a short-lived American bistro in Greenpoint that closed last year, Demo is a West Village wine bar and cafe. In the former home of the iconic shop Unoppressive Non-Imperialist Bargain Books, this place seems geared towards a completely different demographic, with Tony Soprano on their Instagram, and (eventually) lobster au poivre on their marble tables.
