Mimi Cheng’s is kicking off their AAPI series early with a collaboration with Calvin Eng of the Williamsburg Cantonese American restaurant Bonnie’s. Bonnie’s is one of the most exciting spots to have dinner right now, so we have no doubt Calvin Eng’s shrimp dumplings will get a fan following of their own. A percentage of the proceeds will go to the Coalition for Asian American Children and Families and World Central Kitchen.
