"This sunny French bistro on Melrose doesn’t serve the best lunch in West Hollywood. It’s not even the best lunch on the block. But if you need to spiral with a friend over a bottle of white wine on a Wednesday afternoon, Zinqué is heaven. It’s walk-in only, there’s plenty of shade, and the various tartines and rice bowls do what they’re supposed to: fill you up so you can drink more wine.
