"Sugar is probably Miami’s fanciest (and one of our tallest) rooftop spots. You’ve got to take a very cool elevator 40 floors up in Brickell’s East Hotel to get here. It’s an upscale place that sometimes has a line to get in. Once you’re in, expect to spend too much money alongside a crowd that looks extremely ready for its close-up. They have food too, but it's pretty unremarkable so stick to drinks. Still, if you want to put on nice clothes and are in a rooftop mood, it’s a solid spot for a fancy night out.
