James Beard Award-Winning Bar Agricole Is Popping Up Inside Three-Michelin-Starred Quince in San Francisco | Eater SF

"A three-Michelin-starred fine-dining destination, Quince reopened after an extended closure and renovation in late 2023 and is hosting Bar Agricole’s residency beginning April 23 at 470 Pacific Avenue, San Francisco. Chef Michael Tusk will roll out a tweaked à la carte menu in the Salon to pair with the Bar Agricole cocktails, and they’re holding some Salon tables for walk-in diners, so even without a reservation I can stop in for a plate of spaghetti with yuzu vodka and caviar and a Hawaiian cocktail made with Lemorton Reserve Calvados, lime, pineapple, and Chartreuse." - Lauren Saria
