"Opening May 15 in St. Helena, Violetto is a new restaurant from Chef Thomas Lents, former chef de cuisine of three-Michelin-starred Quince, taking over the former Acacia House space inside the 1907 mansion-hotel Alila Napa Valley; the menu pairs northern Italian and southern French dishes and offers four- and seven-course tasting menus as well as a la carte options in the restaurant’s lounge, and the restaurant will also serve breakfast, lunch (including an available three-course tasting menu), and weekend brunch." - Dianne de Guzman
