"Though Dune’s chicken sandwich is labeled as a shawarma, don’t expect a traditional one. It’s an incredible interpretation that’s best described as big. The base of the sandwich is a massive, delightfully puffy, house-made flat bread that will turn you off of mass-produced pita forever. Then there’s the size-able, free-range dark meat that’s beautifully seasoned, breaded, and fried with the right amount of crisp. The sandwich is generously filled with chermoula sauce, pickled radishes, spicy tahini, sliced pickles, and greens. It’s takes about 10 minutes for the kitchen to prepare this indulgent dish, which requires extra spoonfuls of garlicky toum." - Eater Staff
