"A Koreatown soup stalwart specializing in milky-colored seolleongtang, whose rich beefy broth is described as almost like aromatherapy when you walk in. The menu is simple: seolleongtang offered with different cuts of beef including brisket, tripe, and tendon. Meals arrive with pa-kimchi (scallion kimchi), cubed kkakdugi (radish kimchi), and classic cabbage kimchi, served with a pair of scissors to do the slicing at the table. The soup is rich but still delicate and can be finished to taste by adding salt, pepper, and scallions. For a true experience, come for breakfast, and don’t forget to park in the back. — Rebecca Roland, editor, Eater Southern California/Southwest" - Eater Staff
