"Red Hook neighborhood favorite the Good Fork will be hosting Sunday pop-ups through the end of June, ahead of the restaurant closing down for the rest of the summer. Chef Sohui Kim is partnering with a different guest chef each week to produce a special menu, starting with a brunch pop-up this Sunday from Gage and Tollner pastry chef Caroline Schiff. 10 percent of sales from the pop-ups will be donated to NAACP, Black Lives Matter, and the ACLU." - Erika Adams
