"Underdog, from partners Claudia Lee and Richard Hargreave, will open in February as South Austin’s newest wine bar and restaurant. Hargreave brings experience managing Momofuku wine programs, and will create a wine list that features up-and-coming producers. The kitchen will serve wine-friendly food with flavors that lean Korean, like oysters with kimchi vinaigrette and shrimp katsu burgers.
