"A European hotel brand imported to the US by Marriott International, the AC Hotel Miami Beach is found inside a newly built glass tower where rooms boast floor-to-ceiling windows and a rooftop swimming pool overlooks the beach across the street. While the concept is limited service, they’ve created a rather inspired hotel lounge dubbed Gin & Collins with an emphasis on (you guessed it!) gin and tonics, European wines and vermouth cocktails paired with small bites like local smoked fish dip, roasted shrimp and crispy kale chips."
