Six Feet Under Pub & Fish House
Seafood restaurant · Atlanta
"Rooftop Bar Overlooking a Cemetery Few places give better city views than rooftop bars. Six Feet Under, with locations next to Oakland Cemetery and in the Westside, both have a rooftop bar. The original Six Feet Under in Grant Park was named for its proximity to the city's most famous cemetery and is known for its raw bar, fried seafood, and beer selection. Grab a seat on the rooftop early, as it gets crowded quickly."

Centennial Olympic Park
Park · Atlanta
"The Atlanta of today owes much to the 1996 Summer Olympics. In preparation for the games, the city transformed a seedy neighborhood into a tourist-friendly destination, creating Centennial Olympic Park as the center of all activity—including, unfortunately, the tragic bombing that marred the entire event. Today, the park is still a hub,now for tourist attractions rather than medal presentations. Surrounded by everything from the Georgia Aquarium and World of Coca-Cola to CNN Center, the College Football Hall of Fame, and the Center for Civil and Human Rights, it often hosts concerts, movies, and popular events like the Music Midtown Festival. It’s also home to a playground and the Fountain of Rings, which puts on daily water shows."

"Lunch with Your Doll at American Girl Bistro Anyone who thinks that the bright pink building at North Point Mall is "just a store to buy dolls" has never been inside the doll wonderland. The American Girl Bistro's Atlanta location is so much more. Here you can eat lunch with yours or a borrowed doll, purchase a new one or accessories to go with it, make matching t-shirts for you and your doll and even get its hair styled. 206 Washington St SW
Atlanta
"A Walk Through Atlanta's Food and History Most people don't think of Atlanta as having its own cuisine, especially when compared with parts of the South like Louisiana and South Carolina, but they clearly haven't been on a tour with Atlanta Food Walks. Created by world traveler and food blogger Akila McConnell, Atlanta Food Walks takes visitors through the city's historic neighborhoods, weaving together stories from the Civil Rights Movement with dishes from around the region. The Downtown Southern Food Walk starts at Paschal's, a restaurant that Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. frequented, for their famous fried chicken and ends two miles away at Sweet Auburn Curb Market, a short walk from his childhood home. The tour lasts three hours and provides hearty samples, so be glad to be walking. They can also accommodate special diets with prior notice."

Topgolf
Restaurant · Blandtown
"Teeing Off at Topgolf Atlanta Far from a traditional driving range, Topgolf is an interactive game experience with great food and an extensive bar. Atlanta has two locations in Alpharetta and the Westside. Grab some friends to share an upstairs bay, where you can use their clubs and order some drinks. The game itself is easy to learn as each player gets a card and an account similar to bowling. The range has colored circles, each with their own point values, that you aim to hit the ball into. In this way, it resembles both darts and traditional golf. The high-tech facility has balls that come out from a sensor-powered system and tracks your score. While waiting for your turn, take advantage of the free WiFi and HDTVs."
