I invited a friend to do a latte art class with me, and did not expect to have such a good time. Our instructor George was knowledgeable without being a coffee snob, and the lesson upped my latte game. The space is cozy and stuffed to the rafters with beautiful espresso machines - so much to admire!

Superb store with a huge knowledge base and support. Recently did some barista training with George and I left with a wealth of knowledge, and individual training. George at Zuccarini Importing helped me with my purchase of a new home espresso machine. Zuccarini has a wide selection of espresso makers but it was easy to narrow it down to 2 based on my anticipated use of the machine, and some counter space constraints. In the end, I purchased the Bezzera Hobby because of its compact design. George provided me with some excellent tips on getting started with it and followed up after my purchase to see if I was satisfied with it.

Excellent service from my first initial visit to my subsequent purchase, and beyond. I came in looking for a specific machine, and after many hours of discussion, realized that it was not the right one for me. Edward and George actually steered me into a slightly CHEAPER unit, which shows their dedication. I’ve bought a home machine and a commercial machine from Zuccarini and both experiences were wonderful! Everyone we worked with was so friendly and helpful (shout out to Mike, George and Edward!). They did hands-on trainings with us for both machines, and were available to us when we wanted to come in and fine tune a skill with their help. Mike even came out to our business to give us a training and helped us set up our machine. Everyone we’ve spoken to about Zuccarini also sings their praises! They just can’t be beat.
