Excellent service from my first initial visit to my subsequent purchase, and beyond. I came in looking for a specific machine, and after many hours of discussion, realized that it was not the right one for me. Edward and George actually steered me into a slightly CHEAPER unit, which shows their dedication. I’ve bought a home machine and a commercial machine from Zuccarini and both experiences were wonderful! Everyone we worked with was so friendly and helpful (shout out to Mike, George and Edward!). They did hands-on trainings with us for both machines, and were available to us when we wanted to come in and fine tune a skill with their help. Mike even came out to our business to give us a training and helped us set up our machine. Everyone we’ve spoken to about Zuccarini also sings their praises! They just can’t be beat. Zuccarini Importing continues to demonstrate a high level of expertise, knowledge and customer service. I have been a loyal client for a decade, and can't say enough about Jackie and her team. They are consummate pros at Zuccarini, and treat everyone like family. It doesn't matter if you bring in a vintage Gaggia machine for repair (like me!), or buying top of the line commercial units, they treat you like gold.
