I’ve bought a home machine and a commercial machine from Zuccarini and both experiences were wonderful! Everyone we worked with was so friendly and helpful (shout out to Mike, George and Edward!). They did hands-on trainings with us for both machines, and were available to us when we wanted to come in and fine tune a skill with their help. Mike even came out to our business to give us a training and helped us set up our machine. Everyone we’ve spoken to about Zuccarini also sings their praises! They just can’t be beat. Highly recommend seeing them for any of your espresso needs!

Excellent service from my first initial visit to my subsequent purchase, and beyond. I came in looking for a specific machine, and after many hours of discussion, realized that it was not the right one for me. Edward and George actually steered me into a slightly CHEAPER unit, which shows their dedication. They spent time walking through every detail of my new machine (Izzo Alex PID), including lessons on latte art. I really could not be happier and more pleased. Thank you again. Everyone else, you are crazy not to use this store for as special a purchase you are about to make.

George, the instructor, was fantastic—he adjusted the class to match our skill level and tailored it to exactly what we were hoping to learn. His guidance was patient and clear, making the experience both fun and informative. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to refine your skills, I highly recommend this class! It’s a great way to spend time and leave with a newfound appreciation for coffee art.

It is simply the BEST place in Toronto to learn about and buy an espresso machine. And the follow up service is fantastic. I’m obsessed with coffee and the staff at Zuccarini’s were helpful, patient and informative. I took home the Elektra Micro Casa a Leva and Eureka grinder a few months ago. I can’t be happier with the incredible espresso drinks and the hands on process of using a lever machine. Thanks to the advice and training I received from Edward and George, the results are fantastic. Today I took the barista and latte art training course with George who oozes passion and knowledge about all things coffee. What a fun and enjoyable experience. Can’t wait til morning to smell the freshly ground beans, pull a few shots, practice my latte art and sip on some heavenly tasting lattes with my family.
